    INGREDIENTS:
    PORK BELLY 6 KILOS
    LEMON GRASS
    ONION LEAVES
    RED BELL PEPPER
    ONION
    GARLIC
    SALT
    BLACK PEPPER POWDER
    VETSIN
    ABAKA TWINE (PANG TALI)
    PROCEDURE:
    *SLICE THE INNER PART OF THE PORK BELLY DIAGONALLY
    *SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND VETSIN
    *ADD CRUSHED GARLIC, SLICE ONION AND RED BELL PEPPER
    *ADD LEMON GRASS AND ONION LEAVES AND ROLL THE PORK BELLY
    *SECURE AND TIE WITH ABAKA TWINE
    *PUT 2 PIECES OF CAN SLICED INTO 2 PIECES INT THE BIG POT
    *LAY OVER WITH SCREEN AND PUT THE ROLL PORK BELLY
    *PUT GRILLE ON TOP OF THE BIG POT AND FLIP OVER THE COVER AND ADD CHARCOAL
    *COVER THE POT AND COOK LECHON BELLY FOR 3 HOURS
    *FLIP OVER EVERY 1 1/2 HOUR
    *SERVE AND ENJOY!

    dapat mahaba ang pasensya mo dahil sigurado ako na pagkatapos mong magpaka sarap sa pagkain nito ay parusa naman sa paghuhugas ng kaldero...ewan ko lang kung matatapos mo ito ng dalawang araw. magtitiyaga na lang ako sa piniritong itlog...wala pang stress....hehe

      Its a dutch style oven po pero sa kaldero. Dapat may apoy sa ibaba at taas. Lutuin ang belly 3- 4 hrs depende kung ilang kilo.

      Nope di po nasira ang kaldero. the pot is still perfectly working fine after this. I dont know if you have heard about Dutch style oven? That's what i did to this dish.😉👌
