Made 2 rolls and it was gone in less than 24 hours! Shared it to my family and friends and they were all so so so impressed!! bbq sticks instead of strings, "genius idea" , I was planning to use metal meat hooks but not anymore after seeing that your bbq sticks worked perfectly, thanks, I will also try metal bbq skewers,
Hi, I tried your recipe and the meat was flavorful and tender! Love it :) It was my first time making crispy pork. Btw, I have a question - some parts of the skin weren't airy and crispy. It was tough and hard to bite through. May I know what are the possible causes? Also, does choosing the right cut of pork belly helps? Thank you for sharing this recipe :)
