Love your comment! You are very welcome, thank you. I've filmed the Level 2 but I'm not 100% happy with it and we are in week 9 of lockdown here in Sydney, Australia so cant get to the studio to re-film!!! It will eventually happen so watch this space. Thanks for your patience.
You're so welcome! I'm happy to hear you like the combo. I find when teaching clients (and just doing the workouts myself) that combining the Spine Corrector and Mat exercises gives a more all over body conditioning program that balances strength and flexibility.💪🏼
Thanks for your comment. If you dont have a spine corrector you can substitute with a Triadball or Pilates Ball. Otherwise just do abs and side lying exercises from the floor workout. Hope that helps.
@@อายอาย-บ3ฮ thanks for your comment. What spring tensions would you use instead? Interested to know as I have been teaching these exercises to beginners since 2001 and have found these to be generally the best tension. In fact light springs on the Wunda chair is considered advanced for many exercises because it requires more stability. Would love to hear your thoughts.

If we don’t have a spine corrector, how do we do those exercises?

Heavy springs for these exercises for beginner! I don't think so.
