One Q lang po, after you transfer the files to the SSD, and finish the installation into the Piano XL, do you need to do anything else, like reformatting the new drive? THX po
Normal lang na umiinit at mas maigi na ventilated ang area kung nasaan ang player. In theory kapag walang sapat na ventilation ay yung init mismo will degrade ang mga piyesa sa loob ng gadget sa katagalan. In production ay tested naman ang mga appliances in temperatures above normal condition.
I think that’s the worst upgrade ever, that hdd karaoke player doesn’t need faster data transmission speed, and i also think that you upgrade it because of the weakness of hdd,
Also if you own the Piano XL HDD, you will find out that the psu is on top of the hdd and the temperature is a bit hot. By the way the upgrade to SSD does not mean to speed up processing but better for constant moving the player.

The other reason for the upgrade is that the power supply died so using ssd is less stress for the psu.
