    An inspirational speech!
Due to my own project experience in Haiti, I truly agree that such an experience is inspiring and helps growing one’s leadership capacity! After watching Omid Ashari’s speech, I now hope to share my fire of inspiration with others in order to engage them and help them grow their own leadership capacity!

Very moving speech from someone who truly knows about leadership. For me the main takeaway was that in the end it's all about people: not only about the leader but just as much about their co-workers. Also, I really liked how he summed up an important aspect of growth as a leader at 9:49.

Very nice TED Talk though not much of a scientific approach, but really inspring. Great Job Prof. Aschari very smart.

Educational institution should focus on all rounded holistic module for student to prepare and shape them into a better person, a future leader. Instil a percentage of their grading based on non-academic assessment such as community involvement, environmental initiative and etc.

A nice talk, his points about knowing the purpose and so on are good but for me there are far too less explicit examples on how that with his students worked. It was just like "ah, go out there, and do it... and they did very good and grew from it".
No informations are in that talk that help me in any way except feeling a little bit more optimistic about human potential.
