I just made this recipe - came out just beautifully! I baked it 40 min at 200c (395F) in the tin till light brown, and added another 10 min out of the tin. The crust is very crispy and the crumbs are perfect! Thanks!

I’m always on the lookout for a GOOD bread to add to my collection. You sold it very well with “Bread you never knew you needed”. First time I made it, I had a bit of trouble with the rising (that’s a ME thing though) top that off with, when I put it in the oven, I bashed the pan on the side of the oven. Needless to say, it deflated & was a flatter-ish chewy bread…. But ..... OH SO delicious!! Determined, I tried it again, but doubled the recipe. It turned out Absolutely Perfect!!
