Hello Evgeny, I'm currently applying to jobs in the US, but I feel like I am facing discrimination due to my ethnic name. I was wondering if changing my LinkedIn and resume name to a more native name temporarily would cause any problems in the future. If I do get a job offer, how should I handle it?

Yeah it’s totally fine. You can but your nickname (Americanized version), once you got an offer you’ll just give a real ID during the onboarding process.
