Thank you! We have not done Divis in this way. This is something we are toying with to see how the audience likes these tours. We will attempt to do some version of these as we have a listing there to combine with it as that seems to be what resonates with viewers the most.

Other great spots (you may have missed) is Nest, a wonderful ecclectically curated store with all sorts of home, clothing, nick nacks, books, etc. It's absolutely charming and unique. The other is D&M liquors. They are a specialty liquor store, great source for small house champagnes, armanac, various aged brown spirits - a great place for christmas gifts or other celebration gifts (alcohol based of course). La Mediterranee restaurant. It is a chain but this location is the original, very small and super cute, the food is great. Loved the video.
lol this video and the google earth segment show Pacific Heights and the Marina District, not the Fillmore district. Fillmore Street runs through multiple neighborhoods, and the Fillmore District is farther south, and much less fancy than the areas shown here.
The first house you showed in Pacific Heights the one that’s barn shaped was owned by Miss Newhall. The chauffeurs apartment was on the property on Pacific St. Miss Newhall liked retired police to live in the apartment for security, that’s where my father lived. We got to watch the fireworks shows from the big windows in the mansion. It was great we had nice comfortable chairs and were served hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies by one of two friends of Miss Newhall that lived there. Miss Newhall wasn’t there in the summer she would get in her blue for door (I believe) Dodge (not a fancy car) with her dogs and drive I think Martha’s Vineyard. The fireworks seemed to go off right in front of you at eye level. Miss Newhall didn’t live extravagantly you would never guess that she was old SF money. The mansion is directly across the street from the Getty’s (nice people) and looked down on their roof, at times the Getty’s son and his best friend could be seen having a “smoke” break up there, so I’ve been told.
That last house is absolutely stunning. I wish I could afford a home like that....... except $2,000 per sq ft, 3,400 sq ft total for $7.5 million....unfortunately is way too steep for me. I'm struggling to cover the rent for a 1500 sq ft house at $1,975 per month here in Texas. 😔. I work very hard.....and still would never be able to afford such a beautiful house....... especially in San Francisco. Makes me realize how much low income life I am living.....
I recently find 24th St (Noe Valley) more interesting and safer, compared to Fillmore, Union St, Hayes Valley Fell St.. etc, what’s your take? I did liked Fillmore for many years but maybe I grew bored of it.
Humm- i think it's quieter than Union and Fillmore or even Hayes. I like them all for different reasons. I think that there are more restaurants and shops on Union and Fillmore, however there is more to consider than just the walkable corridor.- things like price, and proximity to work ect.
@@livinginsanfranciscocamaybe I was in the discovery and surprised vibe that day visiting 24th, I do love all those neighborhoods but my dream is still Russian hill :)
1:30 .. I left my phone .. on top of my car.... In a Neighborhood where the Home Run for Over $3 Million Dollars ~ and No Body Stole my phone. I Guess the millionaires ( Who have more Money ) than I will Ever See... already have a Phone ..

Fillmore is very walkable with lots of high end shops. You didn't stop by The Boulange bakery, my favorite French bakery. 😅

Love Fillmore St! So many good shops and restaurants. Lil Shucker is a great new spot for sea food
My husband and I just had dinner there for the first time and we really like it!

Jus like LA I'm guessing - there will be shady areas with lots of homeless. The neighborhood she's walking through already looks expensive.
You're correct! Not all neighborhoods look like this one and yes, it is $$$$.
Back in the 70s when racial tensions were higher than today Fillmore St. was to be avoided by some.
Walking tour union square nobody hill
You read my mind! My next one is union square!
@@livinginsanfranciscoca how about salsalito???
My last trip to San Francisco I was victim of a smash and grab. Glad you got your phone back.
I'm sorry to hear that! :( I've been there too, unfortunately!

San Francisco is where it’s at next take a walk downtown
I did a walking tour of downtown a few weeks ago! Check it out!
@ I just saw it thanks great content ! 🙏🏾
NOBODY is looking to move to San Fransicko.
Only the wealthy and privileged are. Regular people can't afford it
ALTA VISTA PARK????? TRY ALTA PLAZA PARK!!!! AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT IT WAS CALLED DURING THE 40 YEARS I SOLD SF REAL ESTATE!
Congrats! You caught one of my many mistakes while filming! Now everyone knows I’m not perfect! Glad we got that out of the way!
