Gate Escort Ellie [Rain World Downpour]

Edit: This is easier than I thought.
The most reliable way to have Elite Scavengers allowed by the game into the Chimney Canopy gate is "scared by King Vulture", with a small chance for them to go into the room towards the gate and then they can actually follow into the gate room as long as the player has high reputation with them.
Even after several attempt, didn't want to sleepover in the shelter near Shaded Citadel, freaked out in the Chimney Canopy shelter, but loved staying in the shelter near Garbage Wastes. May be Auncle?
