    Hi Lee
    I am enjoying your videos in this quarantine of COVID19.
    I am not a gardener but I plant spices like basil, coriander, peppers for my use.
    Sometimes it's not quite right but I keep trying. 😊
    You are the Man!
    I am impressed to see you revealing the beauty hidden by the bush.
    You show pleasure in what you do but it seems very tiring.
    I imagine that when your day is over and you get home all you want to do is take a shower, eat something and sleep.
    I wish you a lot of health to keep working and making videos that satisfy your followers.
    Luv from Brazil.

    I love watching how yard cleanup is done on the other side of the pond. I really like your shredder in that it can be easily moved around by hand and does not seem to weigh a ton like we have here in the States. Also, your pole pruner is something I will look into getting. All that is offered here are the types where you use a rope to cut limbs which is a real pain. You did seem to bite off more than you could chew but you got the job done and like you said, it was just a cleanout and the garden beds are gonna look rough when completed. Great video and thank you. Jim from Florida, USA

    Hey , as new to this business at 50 your videos were one of the inspirations to set up on my own after 30 years of working for other people. Now I'm doing a job that I enjoy for most of the time but sometimes we price up wrong ( especially me ) for the job at hand . You know what I like ? I have a landscape gardener around the corner from me who has been a godsend to me , loaning / giving me tools advice and you with your videos have been a great help ( even for a wrong side of the hills ) . Could be worse , we could be working for a faceless boss and given a number to clock in with .

    I watched all 3 videos. I don't think you give yourself enough credit. You do fine work and it is truly appreciated by many. Me included. After hearing what you said about trimming the top so the roots have a chance to take hold, now I'm wondering if this would be a good time to trim a crepe myrtle tree I dug up and transplanted. I know you don't give advice, just wish you did. Anyway.....as always, throughly enjoy your videos. Take care. 👍🏻🙂

    Youay be disappointed to not have been able to film the 'grand finale' of all your days of hard work Lee. Know nothing better than looking back at the end of the before and after. You worked tirelessly, your knowledge, as always shown thru, I loved them all. Hope u ou ate a big steak and had a pint or two after it was done. I didn't need a final 'finale' so to speak - it was quite clear the work you did n how much better it looked.. By a mile!

    Yes I'm in the same boat this week. 3 days in, with a lleylandii, yew and ivy to knock back on the next visit. I'm astonished how much waste there is from even a small garden. The nibbler will be out on the next run to shred as much as I can. Probably 4 ton sacks worth! If only we could know how long these jobs will take beforehand life would be so much easier.

      @patcannon8742 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah, had to bag it all ready for the shredder. It started to hammer it down and it wasn't going in the van!
      A florist had pledged to take a load of laurel and ivy off my hands, which saves me a massive job with waste. She's now backed out ,so it will have to be shredded on site.

    Hi Lee, just finished my morning gardening, its pouring down now. I've got a massive hedge cutting job soon, half an acre of land various hedging all around it, Leylandii, hawthorn, beech. Each around 8ft tall. 4 ft wide, which is better, to cut the top first or sides?
