Gambia crisis ends as Yahya Jammeh leaves for exile

- After 22 years in power, Gambia's former ruler Yahya Jammeh has left the country, ending a political crisis that lasted for more than a month.
The ex-president lost a presidential election to opposition leader Adama Barrow in December. After initially accepting the result, he then refused to step down, prompting neighbouring countries to send in troops.
Al Jazeera’s Nicolas Haque reports from Dakar in neighbouring Senegal.
