I'm surprised you don't know Louis Cole, you should definitely do a blind reaction of his f it up (live sesh) song

@@alttplink there’s just too much music to keep track of and teaching kids all day doesn’t allow me to listen to enough music.

@@bobcieslinski I'm just putting it out there because Louis Cole's composing is insanely good, worth a listen for sure!

Joey Dosik is the sax player- righteous in his own right... Louis Cole is the drummer. He's famous for his own group, and a (slightly less) well known group called ClownCore. _Supposedly_

Their version with Nate Smith on the drums at Madison Square Garden is ridiculous. The whole show is just ridiculous. Definitely worth the listen.

WOW the drummer and the bassist... amazing!!!!

That sax is not played by Cole, but by none other than Joey Dosik himself! Most members of Vulfpeck contribute by writing their own songs for the band, and when you've heard enough Vulf, you know who wrote a song just by listening to it. Joey has a soft heart, his songs are tender, and this band really deliver in that style too. On "Running Away", two up-and-coming musicians David T. Walker and James Gadson recieve Mr. Stratton's blessing to record with Joey, and that's a tune you shouldn't miss.

I was at this show. It was awesome. Sax player is Joey Dosik, he is an incredible pianist and singer and his own music is amazing

Louis Cole has another group called Knower that has a fair few great songs to check out. You should look at Overtime or Time Traveller

definitely check out louis cole if you havent! his solo stuff, and duo stuff with genevieve in a group called Knower. I'd reccomend time traveller (live sesh) and f it up (live sesh)

If you like that bass line, you should check out Dirty Loops' "Bitten by the Kitten", from the Songs for Lovers sessions. Complete insanity! :D

Also, as a classical musician I can't help finding that Mozart quote in the sax very funny and silly.

I'm a musician and music educator myself. My HS kids love vulfpeck and I would've loved them in my younger years as well. I like them for about 1:37 and I'm good after that. My take on them is basically: if music was a competitive sport, it would all sound like vulvfeck. Let the hateful replies begin

Nice that you are a music educator too. I’m digging these guys because they are new to me. I think they are great musicians especially Joe Dart.

There's a background buzzing in this video and a few others. Very distracting for a music reaction. Also, Lois Cole!
