I think it would be pretty cool if everyone started on one side of the map, then you'll have to get to a certain point, but, there is no designated path to follow and everyone has to decide how to get there as quick as possible.
He's saying that everyone begins in a different area of the map (say Paleto Bay, or LSIA) and there is a destination they have to get to (EX: The mansion on Senora way) that's kind of in the middle of the map, and everyone has to find a way to get there, any way they can.
I always thought a funny scenario would be you guys driving around in inconspicuous vehicles and firing off loud guns from the car while not getting captured by police. Freaking them out and driving all over the place.

Lean forward when you are high in the air and are about to fall and crash, land on only your front wheel and you will land safely without falling off. This bike acts different than the others, you cant land on the back wheel nor both wheels, you will fall off.

It's weird. Half the cops in the server want to pull everyone over for nothing at all. The other half will pull you over and let you go on a warning for a serious offense.

At the end they take their bikes over North Cassidy Trail. Now imagine doing that with a semi, hauling a fully loaded Ron trailer, in a thunderstorm in the middle of the night. For added fun, try it while locked in first person, and maybe even wit no brakes. It can also be done in snowy conditions instead of thunderstorm, during certain times of the year and if you're felling particularly suicidal. The adrenaline rush from making that trip is insane.
