Tip: Boost along the ground and wait a bit before taking off. That way you have recharged the boost for when you need it in air. You can also touch and go the ground for a tiny bit to recharge the boost again ;)

If you are flying and you touch the ground but use your momentum to go up again, you can use the rocket mid-air. This works amazing going from building to building in the city.
