I have an episode idea! Buggs get pulled over by a cop and when he goes up to your window, get polecat or someone else to snipe those cops from a distance (Sandy Shores preferably because of the hill areas). Pretend that you don’t know what happened and get more cops to that area and have polecat snipe them aswell. I think an episode like that would be awesome! Anyone else?! 🤔EDIT: You could also take turns sniping the cops. Lol

I think sniping would be better because It would take longer to figure out who is sniping. On a drive by, cops will most likely get a description of the vehicle and it’s more harder to actually kill someone for sure. Plus we have seen more drive bys.
Those cops need a basic understanding of the law. You being put on a BOLO retroactively after they unlawfully stopped you to get your description would NEVER pass constitutional muster. That is profiling, if they had a description of you they wouldn't have put you on a BOLO after you had been stopped. Michael D. if you see this that kind of stuff would get you sued and disciplined IRL. Also your dashcam would only have a blurr on it if they passed by at over 80mph so have fun with that in court.

Xrylr yes but the cop said he has him on dash cam and they didn’t pull Buggs over until much later AFTER he had already been stopped. That dash cam footage wouldn’t have been useable in court bc he wouldn’t have seen Buggs enough to know for sure its him.

Sooo let me get this straight, Buggs got a ticket for wreckless driving even though the officer had no evidence or proof that it was him in the first place? Keep in mind bike color and clothing isn't enough proof to give a citation after the officer lost visual. It is enough to stop, but without absolute proof like a plate or video, it would be thrown out in court. Just because the officer "knew" it was Buggs, that isn't evidence or proof of wrongdoing.
DavidL221 at the end of the Traffic Stop, you can hear the officer mention his dash cam. This indicated that he does have sufficient evidence to cite Buggs for wrecklas driving
Well from what I saw, from the angle of his patrol car while doing radar and the speed at which Buggs was going, I doubt at all that the dash cam even in real life would catch the plate number. Especially since Buggs was half a mile before the officer pulled out.

dashcam won't show the bikers face and with out positive facial description it will be tossed out ..who's to say the bike wasn't borrowed then returned and the owner taking the rap for someone else ..that's why in the real world it would never pan out in a court case

That HP officer would have his butt in a sling in court. He only got visual as he stated he only thinks he was going between 80 and 90. Not only that He did not have a plate number. He can't prove who the actual rider is. The only person he was chasing was a black leather jacket, black helmet, and black bike as the original bolo. he only added the second bolo I think after he saw buggs in the city at some point. He was just bound and determined to give out a citation illegal or not. I was in a similar IRL situation and the judge ended up chewing out the officer as the officer could not prove anything he cited me for. Apparently, the officer was prone to do things like that and the judge kept having to throw out his cases.
Couldn't agree more bud. That cop irl would be chewed out by everyone his patrol partner his colleagues and his boss/Sgt and the judge you can't just hand someone a citation because you think it's him or "I know it's him" you need 100% definite proof! If it was irl buggs could sue for loads of money back and wasted time and many more lol

For that second pull over from 13:56 - 24:42 I would have straight up asked "if you are so certain it was me why did you not put a BOLO out until after they described me in a mistaken identity traffic stop?"
Based on evidence provided the cop really did profile him as a motorcycle rider. He heard a description over the radio and was like "Oh hey! let's put a BOLO out for that rider because I just remembered he was the other rider"
It was complete BS

Always love it when Cops on FiveM say "I got it on dash cam" but if the near perfect player vehicle detection used for the "Radar" in the PD units doesn't register them, you should RP it as unusable footage. I have a Pretty nice Dash cam in my car IRL, and anyone more than 5 cars ahead of me is to small to ID when reviewing the footage.
Stop the Metagaming and just accept that you legitimately never had them, because "Well I saw him!" turns in to a "he said, she said" instance in Court and would be dismissed near instantly (CADs really do need to be redone to require some kind of "Judge Approval" before anything shows on a Characters Record, thanks to Meta like this.)
Jtlyk when a COP RP said “I got it on dash cam”, it means that he’s either recording his screen OR STREAMING, and they can RP that as a “DASH CAM”, but if a COP RP ain’t a streamer or recording their screen then they can’t say that “I got it on dashcam”.
