Emmanuel Steward, was my favourite trainer of all-time. Norman Stone was the craziest, funniest and funnest trainer to watch but, Steward, I just loved that guy. Unfortunately he had the most boring Heavyweight champion in boxing history in Vladimir Klitschko but, he did his best to make him a more exciting fighter when he took over as his trainer. He also kept telling Klitschko that a young Tyson Fury would beat him for the belt when he was ready. Steward was training them both at the time. He couldn’t have been more correct about Fury.

The Joe Calzaghe thing was relief and surprise as Calzaghe almost pulled out of the fight unless they gave him a bigger ring. Lacey was hyped as a power puncher and the next Mike Tyson. So Calzaghe wanted a big ring so he had room to keep away from Lacey's punches and not get trapped on the ropes. When Calzaghe found out the ring wasn't as big as he wanted he almost pulled out of the fight altogether. But it was too close to fight night so he went through with it. They were then surprised when Lacey wasn't what the Americans hyped him up to be.
