This is a PA-18 Super Cub Tail Part (A Horizontal stabiliser), so these are fairly heavy steel tubes that need quite a bit of heat to go in there to fully trigger the glue. You do not want the glue to just be tagged on; and then left like that. If You just tag it down you must go back and finish-heat and thus fully trigger that glue-area on the same day. - Sorry for the even worse camera handling at the very end to show the covered Rudder...
