alam mo yung feeling na kaya mo namang mag construct ng sentence sa isip mo pero pag magsasalita ka na di mo na nade-deliver ng maayos, bigla ka na lang minsan ma-memental block at mabubulol, eto talaga problema ko eh

Keep on applying guys. If you are scheduled in an interview, you can record your interview then rate yourself using that recorded conversation with the interviewer. I always do that and it helps me a lot. More power boss Reneboy.

Isa rin po akong 1st timer sa call canter.. nakakakaba talaga kahit interview palang..once na makasurvive ka sa interview yung learnings hindi natatapos dun.. lalo kung sa tingin mo may mga lapses kapa sa communication skills.. ang ginagawa ko during trainings is pag uwi ko pipilitin kong matulog ng maaga at magising ng 2PM at doon irereview ko lahat ng mga notes na nagawa ko at the same time manonood akong mga content sa youtube paano pa maiimprove yung coms skill ko.. basta tinuloy tuloy ko lng wag susuko.. pagnahihirapan ka normal lng yan kahit hanggang ngayon hirap parin ako pero you need to stay in the Game.. saka mag ipon din hehe wag lalaki masyado yung expenses nyo kasi wala din kayo maiipon pag gastos ng gastos tayo hehe
My interview in Sykes and Teleperformance was terrible ☹️ super strict ng nag interview sakin at bumagsak agad ako sa initial interview. I was pretty confident pa naman.

You should be ready kuya before you apply for this job. Search ka muna ng possible question and suggested answers. Practice speaking kahit d fluent ok lang kasi it will matter kung paano ka magsalita. Delivery and your thoughts. Be confident.

Nagulat ako 15 times sya nag failed pero yung sa tell me about yourself ang ganda ng pag delivered nya and pronounciation...ayun nga lang yung sa out of the box question humihinto sya..yun lang dead air kasi sa kanila yun prng pag nag online exam bawal din dead air..

Sentence construction. English vocabulary. At pagdeliver nya at pronounciation dapat neutral lng. Parang OA na kc ang dating kapag masyado pinaarte ang pronounce. Kaya hindi nya maipasa ang final. Interview. Dapat chill lang kapag iniinterview.
Okay lang iyan Kuya, ipagpatuloy mo lang ang pag-aaply mo sa Call Center, darating din ang araw na matatanggap ka rin at magiging worth it din lahat ng pinagdaanan mo.

Kuya Reneboy can you make a video about situational questions and most question I'm encountering in final interview was " What was the hardest situation you encountered and how did you managed to pass that situation. Or What will you do if your colleague doesn't put the same effort that you're putting in your work"
These questions are very uncommon to me. That's why I'm having a hard time to construct a sentence and ending up getting failed in the final interview.

Nabubuo ang confidence ko if have an idea to what i'm about to say. You must have knowledge to answer the interview. That is why prepare myself with knowledge so that i can have confidence to what i'm going to answer to the questions.

I know that I'm just have an average skill in speaking English and don't know anything about subject verb agreement and tenses. That is why I want to learn right now because everytime I will be on a job interview in a BPO company I'm always got rejected and I think I must persuade myself to learn more. If ever i get lucky and get hired by your generosity mam i will be more than happy, i can offer my whole dedication on this job, i know a lot of problems in work not just in BPO are the employees getting slack off, have their absent or always getting late and leaving the job soon as they feel toxic about it, thats when i can contribute to the company by not making that simple things that affected not just the company but also the other employees, the strength of mine is i want to finish my job or task as soon as possible i dont want my job to leave it hanging around and just do it when its almost not have enough time
I learned a lot from my previous jobs that i can also applied here, my previous job is also a customer service because i assist,talk and sell my product to customer, i learn that customer buy the product because they need it or want it but what makes the customer getting back for more is how the crew or the employee assist the customer, its awesome when you give a good customer service that the customer commend you and smile like they got all what they wanted for that day because of you, that joy is so addictive that you want the other customers to feel that happiness and satisfaction also, making the customer happy and satisfied are the things that i learn on my previous job
If you are my client and you are not satisfied with my service i will convince you by offering you some of our service or promo that you still not know i will talk to you with a smile so i will know if you are irritated on me or just

Interview kona rin sa Monday mahina rin ako English kahit grammar pero 2nd interview kona rin ito in same company sila mismo tumawag na interviewhin nila ako 2nd time nag aaral lng ako sa kakapanuod yt channel mo Kuya 😁
