Kapag tinanong kayo ng "what is your motivation to apply in a call center" and "why we should hire you" refrain from answering ng "to enhance my english communication skills ganon or to become fluent in english pati pala yung I want to learn how to speak in english" kasi di school yung aapplyan nyo tsaka red flag yan sa ibang companies. Lalabas din na hindi kayo qualified for the role.

Back in 2018 maraming beses na po akong bumagsak sa mga interviews mostly in 'final interview' part, sabi ko sa sarili ko mukhang hinde talaga sa'kin ang larangan ng BPO. And it truly happened, when pandemic hits in the first quarter of 2020, I got a job position as Wordpress developer with UX design and Python programming(basic-to-advance).
Ang masasabi ko, huwag lamang kayo mag-focus sa iisang niche, sumubok din kayo sa ibang larangan na sa bandang huli ay maaari ninyong kahiligan. Again, don't be fooled from the things that most of us called "passion," but instead follow your "curiosity" that might getting your intention to master in the long run.

Sinunod ko lang po tips nyo he confident and show that you are really willing sa work kahit di po masydo 100% english ko po all they want is the attitude kasi matututunan mo din time goes bye yung english hehe. Sarap maging call center kahit na stress mga customer but if you know na love mo job mo kasi sa stressful na customer mas madami magpapasalamat sayu for assisting them.🤗

Gusto kong makapasa sa call center para sa pangarap ko sa mga anak ko na makapagtapos sila ng pag aaral. Hindi ako nakapag aral ng college, high school graduate lng ako pero dahil sa mga inspiring videos ni kuya Rene Boy alam kong kakayanin ko dapat hindi tayo makontento lng kung ano ang alam natin ngayon kelangan nadaragdagan ang ating kaalaman para sa magandang kinabukasan.

Today I didn't pass the initial assessmnet kaya di ako naka proceed for onsite interview. This is my first time applying in a call center job and honestly I feel so low dahil feeling ko nabigay ko best ko to answer their assessment questions but yes, sadly I failed.

First time ko lang po makaencounter ng interviewer via call na nagtanong about sa medical condition at kung paano ihahandle ang irate costumer kapag wala si maneger kinabahan agad ako sa tanong niya ang naging sagot ko po ay " i will try to handle it my self patiently, and i will do research to provide a solution to the customer or ask my coworkers about it" tulad nga po ng sabi niyo hindi ako masyadong prepared eh yung last na review ko ng question and answer 3 months ago na 😅.. sabi po ni Genpact i-schedule daw ako for assesment after daw ng assesment ang final interview. pero wala naman po akong natanggap na mail or message galing sakanila... minsan sa sobrang kaba nakaka mental block magaling naman po ko sa english kapag written pero when it comes to verbal ang hirap parang ang tagal magprocess ng utak ko😆😅

hello kuya, pwede po ba mag request naman ng content about sa application process sa quantrics? i’m planning to apply po kase and as newbie kinakabahan po ako dahil wala akong work experience and sabi nila pinalitan na ng quantrics yung assessment nila which is versant na ngayon ay learning branch assessment na po. wala kase siya masyadong details online pag sinisearch since bago lang po siya. sana po mapansin niyo, badly needed to work lang po talaga ☹️

Ang alam ko kapag nag aaral ka hindi ka matatanggap sa call center kasi alam nila hindi kakayanin pagsabayin at igigive up mo ang call center.kakatapos ko lang ng interview.pagkatanong kung nag aaral tas ang sagot oo nagsorry n agd interviewer bagsak na agad.

Kuyaaaa.. haha diko sure at di din nag eexpect kung mapapansin moto pero nais ko lamang magpa salamat.. 1st time ko mag apply for BPO and na hired agad haha Ang effective nitooo very helpful and good points haha.. Bago ako nasabak sa interview sabi Ng pinsan ko mag nuod2x daw Muna sa TH-cam tapos unang search video nyo agad lumabas tapos panuod lang Ako Ng panuod without likes tapos yon na nga haha Ng nag interview as'in Yung mga 3 reason NATO Ang di mawala sa isip ko para iwas bagsak tapos yon na nga initial palang madugo na haha pero naipasa🥺.. No work experience and BPO experience pero tagumpay😭.. Salamat Ng madami haha employed nako tapos mag sa-subscribe nadin ako Ngayon 😅..
reason 2: totoo yan..kapag nagiinterview ako tinatanong ko din yan kung may plan ba sya mag abroad, magaral ulit o kumuha ng board exam..kasi may chances na aalis din sila sa trabaho after ilang months lang..

And of course gusto ko mapatunayan sa sarili ko nakaya kong maging mabuting empleyado as a call center at maging isang magandang halimbawa sa mga kabataan...at magandang communication sa customer. .at Gumawa ng mabuti sa kapwa at magtrabaho ng marangal.
