It seems like easy lang yung tanong pero ang hirap talaga pag ikaw na yung nanjan, but sa video nato you girl nailed it very well. nakaka proud !
Honesgly my english is bRoque😂..But during the interview i tend to be honest to myself..I end up unconscious about what will come ouf to my mouth just to express whaf i mean...So be nice ,confident, positive and honest it surely makes you never regret or embarass to ang interview..job interview is selling yourself...

Ang galing nyo po nasasagot yung mga hindi inaasahan na tanong, kaya takot talaga ako sa mga interview baka ma mental block ako kaya ngayon inuubos ko ang oras ko panunuod ng mga actual interviews😅

Tip: Showcase your proactiveness and problem-solving skills by researching the company and coming prepared with solutions to their potential pain points.
Hi Ma'am, how could you possibly know their painpoints? Could you please cite a practical example as most of the time published information of the companies is limited?
@@funnylola7983 Hey there! You're totally right, it's tough to know a company's exact pain points without being inside their world.
I get where you're coming from. It's like trying to fix a car without knowing what's wrong with it!
I can't give you a specific example without knowing more about the company, but I can say that most businesses struggle with things like:
Slow processes: Think paperwork, approvals, or just things taking too long.
Not using data well: They have all this info, but don't know how to use it to make good decisions.
Old tech: Their computers or software might be outdated, causing problems.
Communication breakdowns: People not talking to each other, leading to confusion.
Customers not feeling connected: They need to find ways to keep customers happy and coming back.
It depends on what specific position they are hiring on but at least you know what to target when your being interviewed. Hope I somehow gave a minimal idea at my best :)
