Cheers for the shoutout! A word about shooting threats; I feel like the playerbase as a whole hasn't started listbuilding to counter those single threats yet (basically something fast and T5+) so they are great right now - general rule of thumb; is it S4 with at least a 3/6 damage profile? if yes -> profit :)
Saurus riders are surprisingly slow cavalry but basically they do everything you praised kroxogor for - 8" threat range for tearing bite, more attacks so its more effective, but fewer wounds. Theyre a great package
@@wargamesontoastI want it aswell , but new groups and that what warcry has proven. I want a story , a narrative and that’s what’s mordhiem did and warcry does
A good Q & A. I got into Warcry in it's first edition (via Underworlds) and stopped buying at Bloodhunt. Also stopped getting more Underworlds after Direchasm. My bespoke Scions of the Flame warband remains my absolute favourite, although I do love my old Bonesplitterz as well. I still have warbands and terrain that I haven't built, so another edition probably wouldn't draw me in. I play for fun and don't worry too much about points etc. I found your comment about the customisation of warbands, compared to Kill Team interesting. Kill Team 2018 was much easier to customise and you only needed the one book, although others were available to add to your fun. I continue to play 2018 rules, although my plan is to merge some of the newer rules into this. Currently working on a Predators Kill Team.
Scions of Flame are wonderful. One of my favourites too! Kill Team moving away from in-depth list building absolutely worked for that game, I’m just not ready to let go of it in Warcry. It’s one of the reasons I enjoy Warcry so much haha
I wish some of the Underworlds models were still available. I'm willing to pay the price to get some Sons of Velmorn in my SBG team themed around "Failed Arthurian Legends", where they're basically stuck in a time loop trying to get the Grail, but failing and starting over. The Sepulchral Guard could be cool as well.

Shooting is never the problem - the playerbase’s refusal to move faster than 3” is :p
The rock and the paper have entered the ring, but the time of the scissors will soon come
They will do a season every three years or so , but a three year plan is smart and twist turns for after sell for 4 to 5 years after sell is smart
THAT'S A LOT OF BIG OLE' CROSSBOWS
Call that a crossbow? THIS IS A CROSSBOW
I would love to see an update. It doesn't have to change all the special rules, just having a rebalance of point values would be great.
Warcry has been very light on points updates, and I’d love to see them improve in that aspect

That’s the biggest issue with Underworld integration - it doesn’t integrate well due to that games business model
NYET RULES ARE FINE. GW has been on a roll for bad decisions lately.
Could be worse - could be raining
