I think this is the best TAS run they've shown so far at GDQ. It's not one of those 'let's reprogram the game from the inside' things, which are fun, but not really TASes; it's not abusing impossible-for-a-human glitches which are impossible to properly follow (for example, the Sonic Advance run), but it's also doing stuff that would require super-human reactions (see the VVVVVV run for a bad example of this); and it's reasonably long (a lot of previous runs were only about 5-10 minutes). Still waiting to see the full Mario Kart 64 TAS Weatherton made. Two cups of it were shown at AGDQ 2014 and AGDQ 2016, but there are still two more cups. Also, I'd love for the Yoshi's Island 100% TAS to be shown, which easily one of the most impressive TASes I've ever seen. The problem is it's 2 hours long, which is way more time than the TAS block has ever had. I'm also not sure it syncs with an actual console...
JorWat25 I submitted Weatherton's all cups run a few GDQ's back but it was declined. It's very difficult to get the submissions committee at GDQ to agree to longer runs unless the entertainment value is high throughout and runs as good as Celeste aren't common.
