Casting a lead RC sailboat ballast bulb in CNC aluminum molds

Very nice video, everything really clean, and safe !
I see you are using half molds ( molds costs, as you said on other video, ok with that ).
Is there a lot of work to make both halves joined ?
If you had both halves, do you think the trailing edge would fill ? and how would you fill the mold, center, leading edge, trailing edge ?
What is your feeling about plaster or refractory concrete, fire cement ? used in the same way, being warmed at correct temperature before pouring molted lead.

I don’t sell the molds, but you can use the free files I have linked to in the description to make your own molds or have them made.
