Lettuce has to be S tier. You dont notice it, but when its not there you sure as hell miss it.
But its not very interesting or special. Sure its the foundation of a genre of food but it does nothing by itself

Not at all, to me it's just filler. It makes no difference if it's in a salad or not and it's only there for the surface area so the sauce has something to stick to. Most neutral, mid-tier vegetable ever.
I think it deserves to be dead center. It is used a lot but adds very little. Acceptable, but not celebrated. So it is the the center of the list.
The sheer fact that it's used everywhere makes it high tier, regardless of how its used.

Spinach salad and with sandwiches are something i've tried few times but they have such a wonderful flavor, specially on a good sandwich.

I'd switch a few of them around (mushrooms and spinach lower, beets and brussels sprouts higher) but overall very respectable tier list :)

teo, you didn't tier turnip possible one of my fave vegies cut up boil with salt, then once soft strain add buncha salt, butter and brown sugar, mash it up, sooooooo good!! mashed potatos, mashed turnips, stuffing and turkey is like one of the best combos out there
Cuisines matter a lot, I think stuff like celery is A tier if u consider Chinese food and beetroot is a staple in eastern europe

Corn on B tier is crazy
beets in f if he dont know much (if anything) about them is disrespect at its peak. slice them along with carrot, potato (sweet if you wish), and parsnip into equal sized pieces, but you need to account for the time it takes for each of these to cook all the way through, so i think potato, and parsnip are easiest with beets the hardest to get soft. add large pieces of onion in the tray, with some oil dripped over and thyme/timjan and salt. with some meat, we like pork tenderloin/fläskytterfilé and sauce and by god. im kinda drooling. we put the oven on 225 and "dubbelugn" till we could take a stick and poke with very little resitance.
I never liked beets before but hot damn it taste way better than i thought and the color is gorgeous.
also how the heck is ginger and corn B tier????? ginger makes any sort of asian or exotic food taste amazing, its a must have. and corn, dude for real?
Onion is only good when its not raw or solo. Same goes for garlic. They need other veggies to carry them.

Why were artichokes the only one you judged based off of needing prep or other ingredients . You talked about how good everything else is IN something or prep'd a special way. Justice for artichokes! Artichoke dip and hearts go hard, and they even have a really pretty flower when they keep growing

Sweetcorn is C tier. But just "corn" technically includes the kernals used to make popcorn. S tier.
Tomato is a strong S because without it you no longer have pizza, ketchup, or tomato soup.
