yes Wim Hof is talking about our original human culture - the San Bushmen - the N/om energy training is the SAME as Wim Hof training! Indeed our ancient original spiritual training is to go beyond spacetime.

I once watched my son get into a head-on car crash. I was about 50 yards(meters) away standing in a parking lot. One second I was standing there and the next second I was pulling open the door of his car. Later I found that I was barefooted, I had run right out of my shoes and socks. But the weirdest thing was at the time I was recovering from a medical situation that left me barely able to walk!! We can do remarkable things in a highly charged situation.

She even carries it to give to her parents, poor things... who think supplementing your immune system is silly but have let me give my granddaughter. There's an evil flu going around now, they both have gotten it. I drink my daughter-in-law's leftover coffee from her cup, lol. she's been in bed for three days :( . Much love!

This man is so much to so many! ❤ So much love & respect to Wim. Anyone who is closed-minded & who won't even take the time to educate themselves to see this man is a genius, really needs to open their minds & take time to learn some new. I can't say I wasn't skeptical about all this stuff back in 2018 when I first found Binaural beats, breathing techniques, shadow work, etc... & since then I've lost over 100 lbs. I was always tiny until I had my daughter & they messed my back up. I went from 115-125 lbs. to 300 lbs! Now I'm like 175 lbs. I've cured my anxiety, depression & so much more. I helped my husband & others get off drugs & alcohol. So I've seen first hand this man is a genius & genuinely cares for other humans. ❤ Sending everyone love & light 🕉️🫶🏼🌱🍄

    2. Oral (jaw) segment
The mouth area includes the muscles of the throat, chin, jaw and lower part of the occiput. The human jaw can take two extreme positions - either too tight, or on the contrary, too relaxed.
Muscle blocks occur in this segment due to crying, screaming, trying to hold back anger. More precisely - on their open, loud, "noisy" expression of prohibition.
The external manifestations of the block in the oral segment are: 1. Constant chewing, biting, sucking and gnawing on various objects.
    2. attachment to chewing gum,
    3. Constantly clenched jaws.
    4. Constantly lowered lower jaw.
    5. Difficulties with expressing feelings out loud ("speechiness").
The tension of the muscles of the oral segment suppresses the desires, feelings and reactions that have arisen since infancy, such as: screaming, crying, anger, grimacing, biting and sucking.
It is possible to remove the armor on the oral segment: by embodying the appropriate emotions and facial expressions: biting, growling, clearly speaking words that involve the lips, anger, cursing, crying, etc. By bringing out all pent-up emotions and reactions. Also by appropriate work on certain muscles, massaging facial and jaw muscles.
    3. Throat segment
Includes deep throat muscles and tongue. The block mainly blocks anger, screaming and crying. Emotions seem to be swallowed (the feeling of having a ball in the throat). It is impossible to directly affect the deep muscles of the throat, so shouting, growling, singing, nauseating movements, sticking out the tongue, bending the head forward, spinning, etc. help to relieve the tension. The block is formed in early childhood - because of the prohibition of crying, screaming and anger.
    4. Heart-chest segment
Chest, shoulders, hands - laughter, anger and rage, sadness, love and passion. The thoracic segment includes the pectoralis major, shoulder and ring muscles, the entire rib cage, and the arms. Reich said that the thoracic segment is expressed during the inhaling posture - during breath holding, shallow breathing and immobility of the ribcage. And as you know, holding your breath is one of the main tools to suppress any emotion, which happens in this case.
According to Reich, the most human feelings are locked in the heart-chest segment: "unbridled passion", "soul-crushing hatred", "whining" and "unbearable sadness".
"These natural emotions are unavailable to a person locked in armor. His passion is 'cold', he believes that crying is 'unmanly', 'childish' or somehow 'inappropriate'. People with a block in the thoracic segment are uninitiative, constantly controlling and Blockage in the thoracic segment impairs a person's capacity. Reich considered the heart-chest segment to be the central part of the entire muscular armor and said that it is one of the most important segments affecting a person and his health:
"Chronic enlargement of the heart and chest can be accompanied by a tendency to high blood pressure, tremors and anxiety, and in particularly severe cases, hypertrophy of the heart muscle may develop. Various heart diseases appear directly due to chronic expansion of the chest cavity and indirectly - due to anxiety syndrome. Emphysema of the lungs - this is the result of chronic expansion of the chest cavity, hence the predisposition to pneumonia and tuberculosis.
Chest armor also manifests itself as clumsy hands and manifests as "cruelty" and "intransigence". The life of such patients is characterized by lack of initiative, which is also due to the fact that they cannot use their hands freely. In women, the sensitivity of the nipples often disappears due to the armor of the chest. Insufficient sexual satisfaction or its absence, as well as aversion to breastfeeding a child, is the result of this segment of armor. Chest tightness is manifested by several symptoms: shortness of breath, tension, sweaty and cold hands, tensely stretched or sickly drooping shoulders, collapsed or expanded chest, less flexible body.
It is possible to get rid of the armor: by constantly working on breathing processes, especially with full exhalation; with sharp and striking movements of the hands; with laughter therapy.
    5. Diaphragm segment
Diaphragm segment - strong anger, anger, social fears, as well as disgust, irritability and inability to vomit, or on the contrary, frequent attacks of vomiting.
This segment includes the diaphragm, solar plexus, various internal organs, and the muscles of this level of the spine. The protective armor is often expressed by convexity in front of the spine, lordosis. Also, a person with a diaphragmatic block has difficulties with breathing, especially with exhalation (about the same as with bronchial asthma). This muscle block holds back intense anger.
To break down this segment, you first need to: significantly break down the first four segments. Only after that, targeted work on the diaphragm segment begins with long and difficult breathing practices, as well as forced vomiting reflex.

This man speaks from his soul. He is not just saying something just to be talking. He has FAITH in what he is saying. The way you vam tell is that he has no hesitation in saying what he feels needs said in his own manner. Not trying to use big words to impress enyone. Just given the message he feels needs delivering. There is power in being so confident and sure of one's self. And for that reason alone. People should be open minded to the statements he is making. He is not telling anyone yo do anything that is not being shown by scientists NOW DAYS to be helpful to one's circulation, mental health, and over all well being. So for that reason I am going to consider using this man's suggestions and see what happens. At worst case it will be a refreshing way to wake of a morning. 😅

Seems like his twin brother, who can’t do the things he does would be the best example of WHY these techniques are so beneficial for us!
I would like to learn more about the visible differences between 2 twin brothers.

We’ll call me a ‘ Crazy Monkey’. For going to work every day but I love my job and it sustains the needs of my son and I. Without it we would be renting and living off government benefits. Also the work I do is essential work to the Community.

Never heard of the Mulligan Brothers - but this way amazing. Gonna watch some more, great content, thank you! I've been doing daily ice showers for nearly a year now (Water is around... 2 to 10°C. Don't have the space for an icebath, but may change that). And it solved, or was part of the solution, for many mental problems I had all my life - and also chronic pain! Had chronic Trigeminus Nerve Pain for years ("life long diagnosis".. yeah, sure :D), and now it almost never occurs anymore, and if it does, I am WAY more able to control the pain so I don't suffer anymore.
Whim talking about the inner 12 year old reactivated some memories I nearly forgot... as a 12 year old I was CONVINCED that pain is only information, and if I got the message, I wouldn't need the information anymore. So at 12 years old I was able to shut off pain responses (which my buddies back then found funny, and often punched me in the arm to test it. And they wouldn't believe that I can actually do it and thought I was faking it. So much so, that over the years I started to think that myself. Now that I am older I am finding back to that, thanks to cold exposure. And it is as Whim says: If you are convinced that you are able to control your mind, you are. The body listens.

Wim Hof is either a genius, or he's insane. I could only hope to be that insane to be that grounded and happy. No, rather, I'll practice what he is teaching.

The generational trauma piece is really interesting. Going through a difficult period of my life currently, which was preceded by many other difficult periods, and was thinking the other day that the current World is just full of traumatized people who are all traumatizing each other. Most people don't even understand their own personal trauma, let alone that there may be generational trauma playing a part. Perhaps this is an area that society needs to focus more on? Because in my experience, there are an unprecedented amount of miserable people on the planet right now, and that can't be normal.

How he said he learned quickly to do this is solitude! I feel this .. I'm a sungazer and people think I'm crazy... But there have been SO many benefits I just have to laugh at what I've been taught. For example... I didn't know the sun could be up without UV rays... I've learned so much

Do the Wim Hof Method every morning for lower inflamation and burn calories faster and feel better and stronger. After Wim Hof method you eat a portion of greek yoghurt with alot of cinnamon and fluid honey (for lose weight). Then you buy a bag of green kale powder and everyday you drink 3-4 glass of smootie with a squeeze of lemon for cleaning your bloodstream and boost energy. When you are hungry eat a pita falaffel with iceberg, tomato and onion and yoghurt with cayenne pepper. You will feel a bit better within a week, and you will know this is good to continue with, because this will show your inner strenght for yourself.JMHO
