With the Bikes, you seem to have confused Emerald with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
Miltank actually holds Moo Moo milk if you catch one in the safari zone post game
Lum Berry can be gotten from the man on the ledges of Lilycove City. And both Miltank and Shuckle can be caught in the expanded Safari Zone, both of whom carrying the Moo Moo Milk and Berry Juice respectively.
Also, things like mixing records with Ruby and Sapphire can also make all the other Berries obtainable.
The thing is, though, that any Shuckle found in the Safari Zone will be holding an Oran Berry instead of Berry Juice.
Nice video, by the way Lum berry is gifted From a man who live in Lilycove City on top of ledges that give out a random Berry once per day and Moomo Milk is held 100% of the time by wild Miltank in Safari Zone

Berry Juice is completely unobtainable in Gen 3. The Altering Cave events were never distributed. And with all your exceptions, you still forgot the Starf Berry from the Battle Tower.
I think you can still catch Shuckles at Safari Zone’s post-game area so can it hold Berry juice?

I just realised you did gen 1 and 3 as well! Gen 4 would be awesome. This is legit the coolest challenge I’ve seen. Doing this challenge for mystery dungeon or colosseum etc too could be cool

Great and dedicated video! :) Very cool and interesting subject! Just a few mentions that came to my mind:
- Both bikes at the same time are only available in ORAS not in Emerald.
- You didn’t count the Secret base items but I guess it’s for the same reason that the pokeblocks etc. are not counted.
- If I remember right, Shuckle is actually available in Safari Zone (post-game area).

Minor correction: while Shuckle is available in the post-game Safari Zone, it always holds an Oran Berry there, not Berry Juice.

Yes but you can still obtain both, you just can’t have both at the same time
You mentioned that you played on computer. So you can use goppier's custom distribution roms to get altering cave unlocked. With that, you can use covet/thief in those altering cave encounters to get Big Mushroom, Berry Juice and the 4 stat boosting pinch berries (Petaya, Ganlon, Salac, Apicot)

I was thinking about doing something like this as well, except I am playing Heart Gold. Your video came up when I was looking to see if anyone actually did this before. I came up with the name Itemdex in my head. I was just going to make sure I have at least 1 of every item in my bag or pc by the time I finish the game. Itemdex could be a catchy title if you do this in other versions. How easily can you complete pokemon (version) Itemdex?

It's a straight path with many dead ends that make it look bigger if you explore them, even though there's nothing in them.

How do I get the trainers to rematch me? Like Dragon Tamer Nicholas (Dragon Fang) and Bug Maniac Jeffery (Silver Powder)?
I think you have to talk to the trainer after defeating them, in order to put them in your DexNav. Then when there’s a PokeBall icon next to their name in the DexNav, it means they’re ready for a rematch. From my experience, the icon just appears randomly, not really sure if there’s a strategy to it
You 1st need to get the balance badge after you do that once every 255 steps trainers on that route could be eligible for a rebattle you have to talk to them. This does not apply to gym leaders they will call you when they are ready for a rematch.

This video pissed me off for multiple reasons, and your challenge is not complete in the slightest bit
1.) STOP TOSSING THE DAMN ITEMS AND PUT THEM IN THE PC OR HAVE A POKEMON HOLD THEM
2.) No leichi berry? Challenge not complete
3.) Desert underpass is not a maze. Just walk straight
4.) You can NOT have both bikes in Emerald without cheating. It's impossible
5.) SHUCKLE IS AVAILABLE VIA ROCK SMASH IN SAFARI EXPANSION
6.) You 100% should have included Kanto items
7.) Trainer card won't allow for certain items? Who cares. Make a second save and reset until you can get them
8.) Starf Berry?!?!?!
9.) You can and should have gotten both clampearl evolution items by simply trading
10.) Base Items are still items. Same with pokeblocks
11.) Lum berry is in fact available

Your bag can only hold up to 30 normal items, and your about 50. A complete Item Dex isn't possible in the first three generations.

A complete item dex is 100% possible
Berry Juice is actually not obtainable from Shuckle in Emerald, since the ones found in the Safari Zone always hold Oran Berries.
