    I only have bands and a barbell at the moment so seeing this pop was very nice! Would love to see more barbell workouts. Maybe lower body next?

    Just shouting out how concise and useful these things are. All I have at home is a cheap 30 pound yoga bar, but going from basically sedentary to just taking 20 minutes a day on this has made a world of difference. I also love the concise timers, the progress bar, the section timers, and the overall clock. Gives a great sense of progression I absolutely dig.

    Of u get through. Both sets doing 8 or more reps is that when you should increase the weight

    Hey! New to your Channel! been weight training off & on for about 20 years now! finally got back into it in 2019! been on the go since! haven't taken any rest days off either! I'm liking some of your Follow Along Workout video's specially the resistance bands Workout & decide to Subscribe! I'll definitely have to try some of these Workouts out! I have pretty much Everything I need at home to Workout with & I also go to the Gym on a regular basis! ( like every night! haha! ) I Workout in the morning before Work then again after work! Lol! I'll let ya know how some of these Workouts go for me! Stay Strong & keep Fit! 💪

    So, start out with 100 lbs. each side?? Just kidding, I am a regular user of your videos, God's honest truth!! From time to time I have wondered if you would ever do a barbell video. Watching for the first time now. As I have commented before, this video would be great for 2-a-days.

    Love your workouts with resistance bands and all your programs. I was wondering do you guys use a resistance band bar. I would love to see a workout with that I have one but rarely get to use it keep up the great work
