Nah id say gc is more mechical. Hes been practicing fancy mechanics while reals gc's have more practical mechanics recoveries, faster and more accurate power shots etc. But hes definitely put more hours in then his peers for sure.
He is in diamond because his game sense is a bit off. In the end he sucks at roclet league as all thr over diamonds. You can hit a tripple flip reset into musty backboard pancake but that doesnt mean that you are autonatically in GC or something

I don’t know what kind of gold players you know but last time I checked golds can’t do minor air dribbles with an extra touch at the end, maybe diamonds can freestyle and I’m almost certain that those plats had to be rank 1 because in my play rank (3) I see a lot more aerials and even when getting through rank 2 I saw a lot more aerials.
@@evananderson2670 1 touch off wall and 1 on ground, and actually as a plat you don’t need to be able to do that considering you need priorities set on rotation and game sense, mechanics are a mild fraction and I can air dribble it’s just when I played in gold, they didn’t even aerial.
I think Dominus and Octane are equally good in their own ways. I like the Octane hitbox for dribbling and stuff, but I like the Dominus for the kind of boxy front which makes air dribbling a little easier for me... the engine also just sounds better. I actually recently started using Fennec because it combines those two things, Octane hitbox and Dominus bumper. edit: spelling

Helical, you should do another tryhards vs freestylers but the tryhards are in dominus and the freestylers are in octane (make sure that the tryhards are octane mains and freestylers are dominus mains)

Personally I’ve been a dominus main for a month now before that I always used cars like fennec/octane but let me tell you, if you’re around champ/late diamond, a longer car allows you to hit better redirects and cleaner angles and the airdribble with it is so good because it’s so easy to predict where the ball is gonna go next so it’s easy adjustments but I was with the octane the aerials were amazing and so easy to hit. Kickoff was also easier with the octane in my opinion. So in short, Octane for very competitive matches and where a hitbox pixel count OR for semi beginners like silver gold and early plat And dominus if you intend to do advanced mechanics in your game (flip resets included) mostly why every freestyler uses a dominus or a breakout
