thumbs up here to those who are still listening and watching to this concert!! it's 2024 my folks!! and I am born in 1993 and I know that Barry, Robin and Maurice wrote the Islands in the stream song and got a huge success for Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, I really loved Bee Gees and hearing the tragic end of their Era broke my heart as well, I am really in love with 50's 60's 70's 80's 90's and Millennium songs, 'til the mid 2010-2020 but now? i DON'T know what really happened to the music industry, The lyrics and all! it doesn't make sense in my own opinion. Salute to Barry Gibb who remained tough from the lost of his younger brother Andy Gibb to Maurice and to Robbin, I felt emotional in their song dedicated to Andy, "Don't throw it all away our love" 😢

Back in 1997 while watching this concert on TV live I proposed to my bride. Married now 25 years. I wish I remembered which song. Thanks for all the memories Bee Gees!!! I've been a fan since the 70's.

What a great concert, truly the end of a era! Such a different world: no mobile phones, internet just beginning to take off, windows 95 going into the disaster that was windows 97... One can hardly imagine what that world was, so close and so far away. Thank you for making this concert available.

I was only 22 in 97 I would have loved to have went to see them in concert I been listening to them all my life my dad loved them also that’s how I Hurd them . And to this day on December 26th 2022 I still listen I love all of there songs it takes me back to when the day’s was all about love and freedom not hate and disrespect. Bee Gee’s still play along in my head and hart ❤.
Even the two of them passed away already but still their songs remains in the hearts of the people who once on a lifetime treasured it. There’ll be no other group like Bee Gees.

I've been a Bee Gees fan since 1967, when my sister, who worked at Atlantic Records, brought home a copy of what was their 1st LP (I think?). It had a yellow cover is what I remember. Good luck on that getting young again!

I am a different kind of person happy and joyous jumping around like crazy acting goofy, but this is me and this is my song. My husband and I went to this exact concert in December it was my daughter’s birthday and I remember feeling so sad leaving her home for the night but she had a great slumber party. Robin has an amazing AWESOME voice. Purest voice Ive ever heard.

At a young age, I became an instant Bee Gees fan, playing music is one of the many things we did together, I close my eyes and I see your face smiling with the Bee Gees music playing in our background, Thank you dad, for the good old memories, I will forever cherish you. Even though I've seen this DVD, I STILL wanted to watch this video all the way through. !!! I remember when it was shown on TV, and, that prompted me to later buy it. Well, in a move I went through a few years ago, I lost the DVD, and, finally bought it again YESterday !!! Don't believe I'll ever get tired of watching it. So many memories come back when I hear them sing. TYSM for sharing this video with us !!!

I've been singing Bee Gees songs for the past 55 years I'm now 65 and still singing them.
First concert I saw was the Bee Gees in Seattle. I was just a kid and had no idea of their history. So happy I got to see them. So sorry I never saw them again.

Each one of these men brings tears in my eyes, I love them so much and the magic they impart when they sing. There's something unexplainable that happens when the three of the Gibb's brothers sing together. Their voices will last through eternity. Their songs are written from their hearts.
I feel the same way. Their combined talents became one harmonious voice. The message of love, longing, and loss… so emotional to this listener.
Couldn't have said it better. Those of us who remember when disco became a thing with the BeeGee's being very largely responsible have so, so many memories resurface when we hear their music. We cry for times long ago gone except for those places deep within our minds,, places that are so personal. We cry for the loneliness Barry surely feels because he now must grow old without his beloved brothers Robin and Maurice taken so soon from the family Gibb and we,, the fans who adore their music.
Yes, others have posted this concert to TH-cam and we've watched and listened but it matters not who posted it,, we nonetheless enjoy,, and yes,, we cry through out - every time. Listening to "More than a Woman" now and I see a very young John Travolta dancing in "Saturday Nite Fever" as clearly in my mind as it was the very first time I saw the movie. Wow!

Indeed they did. This 'sold out' Vegas concert happened in 1997. We miss Robin and Maurice very much. We cry for Barry left to grow old without his brothers,, and we cry because they do not get to grow old with we who have been their fans since the very first time we heard them. There will NEVER be another group like them,, never.
Their songs are amazing and I love the group. But I often wonder with any famous person that writes a hit song don’t you get tired of saying it over and over and over and over and over.

This is an awesome concert! “One” is a phenomenal tune that never really caught on the way it should have. And, Barry Gibb had one of the all time greatest postures on stage. The way he stands is in and of itself incredible stage presence. Perfect power singer stance!

Dang! My 2nd husband and I were married in 1995 and went to Vegas for honeymoon and fell in love with it!!! And how did we miss them! My husband and I even went twice a year and saw 150shows! Am so sorry we didn’t go to them?(prbly too expensive at that time! We were able later to c Celion(thank goodness for that?) July 4th we came out of her concert to fireworks off of the roof??? GORGEOUS! Saw Cher!she changed ten times! Amazing the concerts we enjoyed and so many talented artists in bars! Wayne Newton, Tony Orlando, Righteous brothers! Yesterday we WOULD HAD BEEN MARRIED 29years??? But we enjoyed all those shows!!!’ 👍

I’m more of a Heavy Metal fan, but THE BEE GEES ROCK!! Maurice was always my favorite! He was a baritone, like me, and played keyboards and bass! Plus he was married to smoking hot LULU!!

You do know how they all had a younger brother named Andy Gibb who passed away at, I think, THIRTY YO ? They also had a sister. Unsure how old she is. And, 😉 you don't have to be from their generation to know what GREAT music is 😉. I'm glad you're enjoying their sound even today. As you said "... there will never be another Bee Gees." 👍

They were pretty remarkable and definitely an important part of that era. The Bee Gees had their own unique style and the 4 brothers all had incredible talent. Its so sad thàt the family had so much painful tragedy. Losing Andy so gifted, so young and so terrible. Barry lost Robin and Maurice theñ and thank God he was blessed with a wonderful, supportive wife to help him through it all They contributed a whole lot to the disco days and were vocals in John Travolta's Saturday Night Fever. Never to be forgotten,any of the 4!

The Broadcast quality is perfect and it is hard to believe that this concert was performed 26 years ago - of course Maurice and Robin have passed, however it feels like they're still here.
i started listening the Bee Gees in 1974 ..I'm now 63 and enjoy them even more ...you don't get better harmonizing and song writing ..but just amazing memories .❤
