I will fly to China from UK to support his new restaurant when he is ready to officially open it. There are always teething matters to deal will in soft opening...no need to stress and rush into grand opening.

I can see how it takes one person to manage the heat levels. It must have come later where they designed them so they could be removed from the heat as needed.

三十幾年前回湖南長沙時有吃過黃辣丁，我記得又鮮又美味還很辣，可惜後來回去時聽親戚說當地補不到現在都改賣小龍蝦
黄辣丁四川到处都有卖的，我家里经常做
黃辣丁要是野生的超級好吃，不過現在河裡面很少了，大部分都是養殖的😂
