    I just realized the ATS may not have ever got the ventilated seat option. My bad!

    I find your content to be the closest in relation to the Xts-v sport. I haven’t seen anyone else go in depth like you. Thank you soo much 🙌🏾

      It would be good to make a video of an XTS V-Sport and show around the engine bay and the differences.

    Glad to finally have instructions on how to do this! I've been searching for over a year and almost went primal just prying the back panels off. Glad I didn't do that and can now get in there fairly easily.

    Would you be doing a video on repairs coming soon for the Air Conditioning vents?, I'm having issues with the main vents not working, air comes out for the defrost front windshield but when I select to the air flow to the face, it's no good.

      I had mine go bad where I want full defroster on the windshield but it blows down to my feet

      I have on actuator going bad to the top right of the CUE. It's $1200+ for the dealer to fix but another owner showed me his "hack." I intend to try it soon so keep an eye out in January probably.

    What are those hoses for? Are you sure the heaters don't work or did the dealership ruin your seat heaters with the recall. Two cars caught on fire so they did a recall with a BCM flash and now they barely heat up, and they will not turn on with remote start anymore. I didn't know that's what the recall was and of course they won't put it back to stock.

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah definitely not result of the recall. Part of my back cushion still heats but not all,. The hoses are for lumbar and maybe another adjustment. (Inflatable bits)

    I know you like cadillac cts-v I like to know what do you think about cadillac ct6 3.0TT is they really good to buy used with 60,000 miles at $39K let me know what you think?

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for commenting. I haven’t really been looking at the market so I can’t tell you anything about the price. But the 3.0 TT seems to be great. I had one for Lona car for a little while. When fully equipped, they are really nice. Not super fast, but everything you need in luxury car.

    I believe my issue is with the blower motor, as the ventilation works but only intermittently. I’m about to do a search for that, but any tips would be helpful. This was the first video that came up on my search.

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Seat disassembly to replace the fan in each part of the seat. Need big ring pliers and some time. I may attack it and make a video at some point.

    • @73clementines
      @73clementines 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JetFuelOnly I’m a little confused; is there a blower motor that controls all of the fans in the seat? I saw the part online and assumed that’s was my problem as the fans still come on but won’t stay on.

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@73clementines there’s a fan in the back like I showed and another in the seat. As for control there’s a module under the front center edge of the seat. Attached to the seat. Should have a wide flat plug with 10 pins. That could be an issue if fans do work for a short time but it’s a guess. May be part number 22849895. Perhaps only found on passenger seat… not sure.

    • @73clementines
      @73clementines 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JetFuelOnly part # 20793341 was listed for the passenger seat, and I can’t imagine the two seats being different. But I also saw part # 22758933, which didn’t specify passenger or driver side. If you google both of these, you’ll see them. The year ranges are different as well. I’m going to eventually go to the dealer to try to get more info. Although I was just there Saturday getting an oil pressure sensor & got weak in the knees at the Blackwing they had. Nothing like a new car smell! Had it been red & a stick, I may have done some extremely foolish…

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@73clementines the part number you gave is for last generation. Never use 2014 when searching for parts. It will result in mixed results.
      I believe that the module I listed is the only one and it resides in the passenger seat and controls both - or it’s the same on both seats

  • @lavatelo68

    I find the seats to be the most uncomfortable especially the back. Do you think I could remove the entire fan assembly from the back so it's not sticking my bad back?

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes if you pull the seat apart from the front I’m sure you could remove the fan then

  • @rondoortiz6557

    Hey ! not related to this video but by chance would you know how to connect the light up handles from savage cadillac to a cts?

    • @JetFuelOnly
      @JetFuelOnly  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t know but they should know right? As far as I know you need new wiring harnesses or they tap into other power which means they would probably stay on constantly. However I haven’t even seen these yet

      @@JetFuelOnly i messaged them and they said it was plug and play, set came with the wire harness. but wasn’t sure on how to removed the handles to begin with, i’ve seen multiple videos, some just remove the handles but others remove the door panel. i wasn’t sure
