Which broker offer non custodian account? For IBKR, are the offering the same whether it is a US or Singapore account? Are there any maintenance fees for from IBKR for holding ASX stocks?

Typically, you will get an email from moomoo (corporateactions@sg.moomoo.com) asking you what you want to do: option 1: exercise the rights allotted, option 2: no action (default) You have the option to apply for excess rights on top of your allotment but this is not guaranteed - so it can be fully/partially accepted or rejected (same for CDP). You will have to reply to them by a certain cut-off date (usu. earlier than CDP), and ensure you have enough fund for deduction on this cut-off date. The default action will apply if they do not hear from you by cut-off date or your account does not have enough fund for deduction on the cut-off date.

How come when I compare between moomoo and webull for sg market, moomoo is cheaper?
In terms of commission fees, moomoo is indeed cheaper when trading large amounts, cos of their fixed fee.
But you also need to take into account the currency conversion loss. Webull fx rate is better than Moomoo
@KelvinLearnsInvesting I understand but for SG market no conversion fee when we are investing in sgd. Can I conclude that for a Singaporean who investing in SG market, Moomoo is the cheapest as compared to webull after adding up all the fees?

Cannot, cos most of them no link to cdp. But i think tiger got link, u can try research that.
One way is to do a transfer of shares to the new broker, some brokers have shares transfer in promo now

Moo moo and tiger for sure , Ibkr if you wanna deposit the exchange is alway -$2 so u need like a certain amount that you won’t lose to the exchange fee .. as for moo moo and tiger when you put in 10 dollar also can change to usd no need deduct fee

Not true that Poems has zero commission for Poems. There is a SGD25 for all trades I make.
