    Hi Josh, for dividend income would you rather mix with banks or keep it as REITs. Does mixing Singapore banks and REITs Benifit on the long run ? Both pay good dividends.

      Hi I would think its buy things well. Reits are depressed now. In an old video in 2019 I said dont buy REITS.

      Ive sold Keppel DC and suntec reit. When I have personal doubts on the business.

    Thabks for your insightful analysis. I own CICT and MIT since 2022. Even though both are in the red, im still collecting dividend and i believe in long term. In addition, i bought UOB at $26, so i still make a paper gain in my combined SG stock portfolio. Thank you again for your inspiration to other retail investors like my myself

    Maybe Mpact should sell away PRC assets ? With Geo political long term impact & " china+1 " supply chains concept . Their economic growth might be slowing down . Not to mention the impact of their property sector rout that have already lost billions or maybe trillon of RMB . 😅

    Hi Uncle Josh, did you get a chance to google Millennia Village in Seremban? Take advantage of strong SGD and retire in MY. Only RM7,500 a month for a couple (spacious apartment, facilities, food, cleaning, utilities). Interested in your thoughts
