Bro your Videos are beneficial I think you are the first one to do this tbh or you are just the best as a coach Your videos were super helpful for me Thank you a lot bro ♥ and keep going 💪
Most valuable calisthenics videos out there man!, And I have to say I have been thinking of buying that book you mention for a long time, so you convinced me to do it soon
Super useful man! There are very few people who give solid specific advice on how to progress in cali and you're definitely one of them. Keep it up broski 👏🏻👊🏻
Hey thanks for the video man❤. I want to hear your opinion on my planche training, if that would be ok. I can do 5-6sec adv tuck planche and 5sec straddle with 6kg resistance band. What do you think I should do, work on banded straddle or on adv tuck more?
kinda personal question ig but what motivates you to train calisthenics? I'm like high beg/low int (~60% bw weighted pull up & dip 1rm) & while i'd love to be able to do a planche, ic or maltese one day, honestly its kinda tempting to switch to powerlifting because of how simple & fun the setup & execution of everything is (just put weights on a bar & lift lol) & how clear improvement & strength is. While training calisthenics for stuff like planche or maltese seems like such a headache to track & measure especially while bulking. Idek if i'll even ever be able to planche or maltese assuming avg genetics bc i want big legs.
I can absolutely relate. Tbh weighted calisthenics and getting massive pullup & dip 1RMs would be awesome. However, I devoted a huge chunk of my time to skills and I still have unfinished work and skills to unlock & master.
Hey saša, ty for this video, just one question, does unlocking iron cross help with progress in planche? I know you talked about specificity in this video but iron cross builds some serious straight arm strength, also keep it up!💪
I would say there is some benefit, but very small. Its probably the other way around. Planche builds more elbow conditioning for the cross than vice versa. But in the end both are very specific skills and you'll have to specifically work on them to get them
Depends on your goals! If I wanted both strong vertical pulling and front lever I would divide the sessions. If i want to use weighted pullups and muscle ups for front lever accessory i would do it on the same session later. Same session: 1. Front lever holds / raises (main work) 2. Muscle ups / weighted pullups (accessory) 3. Advanced tuck / barbell rows (accessory)
Hi, i would like to have some advices, becasue you said endurance can have a negative impact of my performance in calisthenics. I am doing 2 push days and 2 pulls day per week, and i am doing 3 workout of endurance( one swimming and 2 days of running). I am swimming 2 kilometers, and i am running in maximum 20 kilometers per week( one jogging of 10 kilometer and one high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session). it goes like this : Push day-Run day-Pull day-Swimming day- Push day-Running day -Pull day-So my question is , do you think it can affect my performance in calisthenics?
Depends on hard hard that is for you, but it can affect your performance. However if you recover well you might still get 70-90% of the gains you usually would. Dont get discouraged, do what you need to but be careful of the tradeoff
How do you fix pain when it comes to imbalances, let me explain. One of my shoulders is half the size of the other😅, because 5 months ago something snapped in there when i was training hefesti(idk what, did got it checked) but now i don't have pain but when i do planche, the forearm on the other arm hurts, and i think it's because it's trying to help the shoulder so it takes some more weight.(Why don't i train a shoulder more, so i don't have the problem, i didn't and it didn't grew in size one bit😅😂)
Idk what s ur lvl , but depends on the main exercise u re doing , if it s pl, HSPU should be done after pl work and if u re not strong enough to start training pl just focus on HSPU and do leans at the end of wox

Train the other arm exclusively for some time until the imbalance gets smaller

Can I do cardio while getting stronger?
Cardio kill gain remember bro 💀 still you want to do, then do it in separate day's example 4 days calisthenics 1 day cardio
Yes you can, i don't reccommend running marathons though as it may start getting difficult 😁
But don't point me at
