What get's missed are late developers such Alex Dombrandt, who don't physically develop until U18/U20s, and by luck end up playing at University. John Fisher are a state school...they also have Kieran Treadwell in the Ulster/ireland team and Ben Axten-Burret who plays for Hong Kong
