13 is an amazing INDIVIDUAL player no doubt about it. But as he goes up in the age groups he won't be able to do that all the time. He should learn to play like a TEAM PLAYER. No hating... he'd put me flat on my arse hahaha

The situation with their centre is the same as the situation I had a day ago against whitgift school for Bishops u14. They had one massive centre that they passed it to every time and he gave our flyhalf and our substitute flyhalf a head injury each… ☹️
This is classic underage players absolutely dominating cos they got growth spurts quicker once everyone reaches about 16 its a different game. Individual really struggle to win games single handedly because everyone is the same size and strength and the same speed
Ok the outside centre (13) yea he scores tries, yea he is fast and yes he is strong but in my opinion he has no idea what's going on nd he is a selfish player cause out of all his runs I never saw him pass once, he would rather lose the ball in his own hands then pass nd give his team the try!

Things to make the game more competitive:
Faster line speed
Not flooding the ruck
Learning to tackle low
Oakham 15 is very good
