    Shrimp fried rice packed with high-quality protein, omega-3s, and essential vitamins. Quick and simple, this dish supports heart health, boosts brain function, and aids in weight management. Perfect for a healthy and delicious meal in minutes!
    Ingredients:
    1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 bunch spring onions, chopped (reserve some for garnish)
    1/2 capsicum (bell pepper), chopped
    1 small carrot, chopped
    1 tbsp green chili sauce
    1 tbsp red chili sauce
    1/2 tbsp black pepper
    4 cups cooked rice
    Instructions:
    1. Marinate the shrimp with 1 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
    2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
    3. In the same pan, add the beaten eggs. Fry until fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
    4. Using the same pan, add the chopped garlic and spring onions. Sauté for a minute.
    5. Add the chopped capsicum and carrot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
    6. Add the fried shrimp and eggs back into the pan. Mix well.
    7. Add 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, and 1/2 tbsp black pepper. Sauté until everything is well combined.
    8. Add the cooked rice to the pan. Sauté until everything is thoroughly mixed and heated through.
    9. Garnish with reserved spring onions and turn off the flame.
