@@chiqui4559 it was going so good! Then I realized my orbiter was missing the pad driver and it took me a week to get one in. During that time I had to reschedule 4 cleanings and none of them got back with me after I got the pad driver.
If the technician does the job right, pre vac, prespray, agitation, hwe etc etc and does the job right I’d pay good. My technician in Florida , capital carpet cleaning , was amazing. He cleaned my 4500 sqft house for 900. He was soooooo amazing I gave him a 200$ tip. I woulda paid 1500.00 to see the job right. He was top notch. I moved now and hope to find another great tech in Tennessee. Shout out to mike!!!!
I love your channel, but it's geared toward business owners. Do you have any videos for customers? I want to know the utmost basics of carpet cleaning and what I should look for when hiring a company. Thanks.
At the height of my career I was charging by the sq ft, it adds up quickly. Lost some customers for sure but ended up working less and making more. Are there many sq ft companies in your area?
Business model is key. I love the flexibility of this business.
can you talk more about your truck mount in a video? and how to use it? Thanks
Thank you for all the information!
