    I think the better question is, how does Rodgers preform in the playoffs. The past few years he looked phenomenal in the regular season but looked average in the playoffs. When the games matter the most he starts to play tight. I wouldn’t be shocked if he played like Super man then in the postseason plays like Clark Kent

      Let’s reconvene at Week 6 and see where the Jets are and then we can all see who is misreading

      @@xrppornstar9483 If the Jets are 6-0 and Rodgers is great I wouldn’t care because I want to see how he performs in the playoffs. If they are 3-3 and Rodgers looks mediocre, I’ll view it as a great Quarterback nearing the end of his career.

      @@xrppornstar9483 With those back to back MVP seasons he was phenomenal in the regular season but in the playoffs he looked like a different QB, he played not to lose instead of trying to win. I expect Rodgers to be pretty good this year but will he be pretty good in the playoffs that’s my question

      The times he look bad was against the 49ers twice.He played great against the Seahawks(2020),Rams(2021) and played pretty well against the Bucs(2021) just couldn't get the job done even though the line collapsed on him and the refs allowed the Bucs to hold on important downs.
      Anyway he probably could play like Brady in 2001 and get far in the playoffs because the jets defense is probably that good.

    • @Sea_Stallion
      @Sea_Stallion 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@deonterector He was pretty good against the Rams and the Seahawks weren’t that good of a team. When they lost against the 49ers in San Francisco that’s not on him because the 49ers were far and away the better team there was no chance they were going to win. Against the Buccs, he was good but at the goal line he had the opportunity to run it in for a touchdown but instead he threw it to Davante while he was double teamed and settled for 3 and that’s where they essentially lost the game. SF @ GB he was objectively bad, Rodgers kept taking the check down while guys were open downfield.

    Brady missed 11 DAYS of actual Training Camp and no one barely said a dang word. The Media especially the Democratic ones would go insane if Rodgers did that

    • @JWLSports
      @JWLSports  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I mean that’s because Brady has literally won 7 rings and throughout his entire career has been 100% focused on football.

    Im amazed how these commentators can critique Rodgers and compare him unfavorably to other QBs that are younger but most never will come close to the talent level of Rodgers. Manning(s) never had great athletic prowess. Eli is never mentioned in the same breath as Brady but has some important wins over him. Rodgers doesnt need to be 33 again to win. His skill level is arguably best ever. His mind is on an elite level at the position. Jets have done a decent job with the roster. Is it enough? I believe it is, but I could be wrong. One great season this year and they will be praising the roster. They dont produce they will nlame Rodgers. Crazy how that works.

    No you misinterpreted what he was saying. He was saying DYNASTYS usually have all A’s. I don’t agree but that’s what he was saying. Not if you win a Super Bowl necessarily. After the Bengals win a couple of super bowls I wonder how he is going to spin it because I doubt he thinks Mike Brown the owner is an A. I do. His daughter has been in the process of taking over for the last 5 years. And the Bengals GM is Duke Tobin who was NFL Executive of the Year in 2021 so he is most definantly an A. Zach Taylor the coach should have been Coach of the year in 2021 he is an A in my opinion. And Burrow is an A+ and I’m sure Colin agrees with that.

A block Fg on top it. Along with a Blocked Punt for a TD late 4th quarter. They did not lose that game because of Aaron Rodgers

    I want to see Aaron succeed and his year but I don’t have a good feeling about it. Coming off an injury on top of that not being as fine tuned as he once was and we really don’t know how in sync he is with the jets. I would love him to be great for none other then at least pissing Nick Wright off.

Jets are the Jets, Rodgers is coming off a severe injury that won't help his mobility compounded by the fact their O line was terrible last year and they didn't do much to address it since (meaning Rodgers will likely be running for his life), he didn't play last year (rust) AND he's gonna be 40.

    Do you know how sick I am of hearing about how ‘talented’ Aron Rodgers is? He was a great QB at one time. He isn’t anymore. He wasn’t good in his last year with Green Bay and he had a great offensive line. Rodgers isn’t any more talented than Josh Allen or Joe Burrow or Mahomes or anyone else. What can he do that Allen or Burrow or Herbert can’t? Nothing. He is a diva he is a fool and he is a conspiracy theorist.
