He confirmed me. Let him know that, that confirmation was the last major thing I was able to do with my grandmother and it was a very important time that I shall never forget. Also that his words to me at that time still resound in my heart and are a major consideration as I discern my role in the Church. God bless him. And God bless you. Thank you.

Joan Of Arc was definitely a badass Saint too. We need a clergy that I would follow into battle. And I would follow Fr. Rich. The good humor is great. This is exactly what the Church needs. Thanks you and God Bless
Godbless our military’s Chaplain Corps🙏🏻 I remember having my Chaplain (Father/Captain Devine, USN) give me the Eucharist during my Marne days, in combat, in Iraq 2003. Camouflage vestments, no weapon, no fear … love &respect
Watching and listening to this show helps my Catholic Christian faith much stronger to defend against other people who claim they are the only ones that will be saved when the final judgement come..!....God bless us all....from Manila with love.
TheUredjr Nice to see a fellow Filipino here. 👋🏻 I feel you btw. Learn how to defend the Catholic faith. Are you referring to the “Iglesia Ni Cristo” group?
You know I think its a great blasphemy for those People to try to pull apart your faith especially since most dont know the Catholic Faith. My wife always talks of the High Church and the low Church thats not an insult to reformed congregations but they are often stripped of the long standing traditions of the High Church which is the very centre of Catholic Faith such as Holy Communion, Confession. I was reading of an Anglican Priest asking about how to do Confessions I was surprised but to some Anglicans a Devotion to Our Lady exists. Rosarys are used by some Anglican Denominstions. We have a Anglican Commion in the UK thats aligned with the Catholic Church.
St. Moses the Black became one of my favorite saints. He was kinda like a Egyptian mafia boss. One thing that he did before hiding in the monastery was that he killed a sworn enemie's sheep. But sometime after he converted to Catholicism there was a time when the monastery was going to get to robbed. He single handedly beat the crap out of the robbers and instead of killing them he took them to the chapel where they not only repented but then converted to the church. The way he passed away is very fitting for him. I like the example he shows throughout his life. 😄
ST Moses was Coptic Christian from Egypt. His beautiful monastery is still in Egypt where his relics are. Coptic is different to Catholic, both are beautiful and Christian, but it’s important that the presenters share correct information, if their aim is to give insight into Saints lives. Most of the information shared about ST Moses is not correct. His live story and repentance, how he found Jesus, is phenomenal. ST Moses is an amazing Saint and powerful intercessor.
If you do a Part 2, please talk about St Rafqa. Not only did she experience the wounds of Christ, but she CRAWLED her way to the chapel because she was in such pain, but she didn’t want to miss spending time with Our Lord. She also once saved a little boy from being massacred by hiding him under her robes. She’s a total badass!
This is highly improper description to the saint. This is horrible, and absent of spirituality may God Have mercy on you all an enlighten your eyes to true faith. Seek Otthodox churches , like Greek, Coptic ( Egyptian)
a little late, but conversations like this make me want to be more involved in my faith, i’ve always considered my self a Catholic, but it’s so good to see people of faith cut up and have fun all while still teaching. definitely coming back, thank you.
I just watched this episode and I was enthralled. But this comment bothered me because the commentator did not consider to whom are these three guys actually ministering to. God bless the commentator for being true to the faith. But I have to say, God bless three young men with the courage to speak out in the hopes of reaching other young men and bringing them closer to the faith
Saint Simeon Stylites the Elder - The first pillar that Simeon occupied was little more than 3 meters (9 ft). He later moved his platform to others, the last in the series reportedly more than 15 meters (50 ft) from the ground.
Absolutely love listening to priest talking like men because women generally don't have the opportunity to just listen to men's chat. Men being men whether they are priests or not just love it. The stock show I have been listening to for several days a week and is helping me go back to my religion of Catholicism. Bit by bit but I am getting there can you priests are helping me to get there.
Fished by the title, caught up with the stories and found myself jotting down traits of the badass saints between your laughs and giggles. I never had anybody to look up to you know like ordinary people where they have successful people as goals in life until I started learning about the saints and their lives. I can't be Joan of Arc although I find her really cool but the Saints are my goal. For me they are the most successful ones I need to look up to hoping I'd be one of the badass saints of the future😍😍😍😍😍 May the Divine grace be upon us🙏💕💕💕💕💕💕 Sending love to God, hoping He finds me, in Jesus name🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The first pillar that Simeon occupied was little more than nine feet high. He later moved his platform to others, the last in the series reportedly more than 15 metres (50 ft) from the ground.[4] At the top of the pillar was a platform, which is believed to have been about one square meter and surrounded by a baluster.

I think y'all's idea of a badass is different than mine. To me Saint Joan of Arc being burned at the stake, or Saint Therese of Lisieux having her lungs cauterized and writing her own auto biography in her own blood is pretty rough. Or how about Saint Padre Pio, a stigmatist who appeared at the foot of a bed of a married man who abused his wife and he shook the bed and scared the crap out of the man and the man never abused his wife again, or how about Saint Teresa of Avila or Saint Francis of Assisi thr first stigmatist, or Saint Clare who stopped the army who was attacking them simply by holding up The Holy Eucharist. There are probably more badass women Saints than men. Should I go on? Check out thr Women Mystics, Hildagard of Bingen, Julien of Norwich, or how about the Desert Fathers! Saint Anthony of the Desert?, Saint Athanasius, etc.etc.etc.
If y’all ever do another list of badass saints, talk about Blessed Giuseppe Puglisi! To this date the only Priest to be martyred at the hands of the mafia. They killed him for preaching against the mafia and encouraging the youth of Palermo to not get involved with organized crime. They killed him at his church on his birthday and his last words before they shot him were “I’ve been expecting you.” Total badass move. I got to see his tomb at the cathedral in Palermo and found his story really inspiring. I hope and pray to see him canonized in my lifetime.

I think that your version of the St. Nicolas' story is incorrect.
