I can't believe you left out the most famous of them all. A dish so famous, even the most casual Anime watchers know it: *Naruto's ramen noodles.* All those ramen noodles and not one shot from the most legendary of them all. The one that for many Anime fans started their journey down this path of food love.
I've rewatched this video more times than i can count and its only now i realize that when he was showing scenes of people eating kira licking off a hand was a part of it. God damn it gigguk.
Between oriental markets and farmers markets, it's possible to find good ingredients. Maybe not ingredients identical to what's in Japan, but good nonetheless. Cooking is inherently an improvised art form, so don't feel bad about experimenting.
