Methodology:
I calculated every Pokémon's in game stats at level 100 with 31 ivs 0 evs for all. I then calculated the type match up for every single combination and did really simple battles where their speed stat determined who attacks first. Next I calculated damage based off every attack being an 80 base power move that's type is the type that is most effective against the mon that they are attacking. This essentially ignores coverage moves but I wasn't going to come up with a coverage set for 1025 Pokémon. They continue attacking each other until one of them faints and the other gets a win. I then iterated over every single other mon until I finished the dex so the win percentage is the percentage of mons that they were able to defeat. I also ignored abilities and items because I would again have to choose 1 for each mon. This is a semi-simplistic way of doing this and disadvantages mons that have really broken abilities like zacian and dragonite but I ended up with a list that I was pretty happy with in the end. Also these are 1v1s so things like stealth rocks, spikes and other things that would effect general singles play doesn't come into effect.

kind of suprised both Latis are in the top 10 since there typing are awful (the ground immunity from levitate isn't even included since abilities aren't counted) guess there high speed allowing them the first attack definetly played a huge factor to their ranking (i personally thought groudon raw stats would have ranked it higher), these videos elite though nonetheless 🙏
The lati twins and basically anything with high enough stats is good enough to get at least into the top 100. 60ish overall is just ok for a legendary to be honest. Also thanks for watching.
I ended up deleting the gen 5 video and re-uploading it but I saw you asked where Durant ended and it was 22 for gen 5 and 133 overall. My guess is it's bad special defense and bad hp don't make up for its very good typing and speed.
