- If you watched the 2012 Rose Bowl game you probably noticed the Oregon Ducks helmet. It was the talk of the announcers prior to the game. Was it legal? Who cared it looked great! It looked chrome plated. It looked like something we would do!

Ok, so I understand how plating works, but I didn't hear/see the part that explains what the plastic is treated with in order for it to become conductive? Was the grey color of the plastic a coating of some sort? Can you please shed some light on this?

Can all types of plastics be planted or only just ABS plastic?

I'm looking for a place to rechrome plastic dash parts in my 68 Dodge Dart GTS and thought I had found one until I clicked on request a quote. APC provides plating and anodizing services exclusively to OEMs and manufacturers requiring production volume. We do not offer services for personal use or refurbishment projects of any kind. Well my hopes got blown in the ass once more. Anyone know a place to have plastic interior parts rechromed. I mean really rechromed and not some place that sprays a can of chrome paint from Wally World and charges you a thousand dollars for a fifty cent job.

All the hardware in my shower is brass or gold plated and I have a toothpaste dispenser that is white which I would like to have plated to look like polished brass or gold. Can this be done as your video seems to suggest it can. If this can be done I would like to send you the cover to the toothpaste dispenser to have this done. Let me know if my request is reasonable. Thank you

They don’t do personal products only massive production. They just did a terrible job editing the video to explain that. I hope someone from their company reading this updates it to keep from wasting small shop and hobbyists time as well as their own inquiry department.

Can't hear shit.
Otherwise nice video, but technically poor (audio). If you want to publish enjoyable, informative and high quality videos, you use A) a microphone, B) subtitles (rather both A+B). These don't cause a lot of extra work, but will greatly improve the professional image of any video.
Also, a full HD 1080p is the standard today, yours is HD 720p (not bad, but just doesn't meet the audience's expectations).
