I like to think of them as an evil team that has already successfully completed the "control a legendary" standard villain plot.
That said, zetta madelis and geara are deeply goofy when things don't go their way. Just another bit of rejuv whiplash!

Iirc Ren used to have a Reuniclus in v12… and, if I remember correctly the OT was Crescent (Seen in that section where you fight Kieran as Ren when MC faints in the past)
So uh… Oops. He may have had both the trainer and the ace.

@@bettycreepersayuri-chan809 I never thought about that. Wonder if in V13 it still has Crescent’s OT. That would be insane but also make since because I don’t remember Ren having a Reiuniclus on his team until you meet him again in the desert
