@@DarkinBladeGaming Yeah Persephone was meh overall. I wish they would have expanded more on the cultists. Jaern's fall to a fraud; Audrey and Zenith's plan being better showed to us and them being actual threats was such a wasted opportunity. Taen and Reukra were the only well developed characters overall imo.
@@Ravonaa She fucking sucked. Unironically one of the worst evil team leaders in any kind of Pokémon related media. She ended up being worse than lysandre due to having zero screentime, the worst motive possible, and generally bad characterization. Is she supposed to be comedic or serious? How is she significant? Worst antagonist possible in a trainwreck of a game
@@RavonaaI know this comment is two years old. I wanted to agree. They rushed through every storyline except for the Perfection Cult. It's like they didn't know what to do with the others.
Persephone completely got shafted and thrown to the side in the Nightmare Realm.
Jaren was a complete push over who didn't have relevance after falling from Augur.
Zenith and Audrey felt kinda washed out, their plots going too fast and their motives not explained well.
The Perfection Cult felt the most fleshed out.

Then later on, a few cultists question her and she just kills them. She *really* does hate being questioned.

Spoilers: there is a legit reason they're wiping your memories before killing you, and it's actually kinda clever.
Your father is immortal, but they've trapped him in your dreams. If they kill you, he can escape. If they wipe your memories first, he is stuck there. A loophole for immortality.

Funny story. I thought the Gengar would Mega Evolve, so I used a Ground move since it would lose Levitate. Mega Zoroark's disguise didn't help it at all.

What’s funny is that considering how you’re in control of the situation every time you battle her, from the very first fight in Selene City, this is *YOUR* boss music. And that’s not good.

Raptors4life in the first matchup against Persephone, she starts out with zoroark, which has the illusion ability. Gengar is her last Pokémon in her slot.
it's horrible cause zoroark have a mega in the game and he keeps the illusion when mega evolving too so you're thinking you're against a gengar mega ... BUT IT'S NOT
i remember my brain bugged when i did a psychic on the zoroark XDD

which is why it can take you by surprise
if he you copy some ability to make immune to damaging the any type.

Kokuyo Zero he's not misunderstood he's dark gives nightmares but he does save everyone s life in the movie so he does have a heart for ERM can't remember the girl's name from the movie
Kou I wish pokemon would do more event legendary storylines. Darkrai needs more of a story than some kid having nightmares in gen 4
+Xavier Caron Ooh boy, if you played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky at some point in the postgame, you'd be getting one heck of a story for Darkrai, even if the interpretation of it is drastically different from your usual variety.
Be warned, the opening title screen cinematic should always be skipped because of major spoilers for the game's impressive main story, because it is a third version for Time/Darkness, ala Platinum.

Her first battle was way too easy, sadly. Scarf Gengar and Delta Chandelure are so powerful against her.
Considering how you’re in control of the situation every time you encounter her, and she basically does nothing except flick your ear for half the story, this theme is the player’s boss music

You know what’s sad? This theme basically is the player’s boss music. Every time you encounter Persephone, you’re in control of the situation, from “Bro I wasn’t ready” to “Nooooo you can’t just be one step ahead of me”. And that’s really sad.
