I love your brutal honesty about your relationship with books. Your style is hilarious, and I'm so here for it. I need to declutter storage unit. I have tons of books in storage I can sell and make money...and pay some bills :-)🙂
Some say "decluttering" helps with depression so there is maybe that little bonus too. Anywoo very enjoyable unhauling and some Trianaiac is absolutely gonna snatch that limited edition up quick
I definitely needed one of your videos today. My cat passed away two days ago and it has been an emotional week for me. She was 16. We all love you Meghin. ❤
That Cleo and Frankenstein book looks like it would be in the $1 bargain bin at the used book store. Actually I’ve seen books in better condition in that bin.
I loved The broken girls but not only does it flirt with the supernatural, there is also a dual timeline to insert a historical POV so I think it's safer to get rid of it, yes! Wish we had Pango where I live because it seems to be so helpful selling and buying books. Second hand bookstores are only looking for the basic stuff so it's almost impossible to find what I'm looking for most of the time
Sounds like I don’t want it hahah yeah pango definitely comes in handy but they have gotten so bad with their shipping prices lately it ends up not being any cheaper and sometimes more expensive than buying it brand new 😭
My 12 year old loves Heartstopper. I need to actually buy them! I get with the "I am old enough to not need to keep these on my bookshelf" vibes. I know I'm too damn old. 😂
FOR REAL it’s the worst when someone lists a book as “like new” or “excellent” on Pango and it’s a straight up lie. I bought an “excellent condition” book and it was annotated and dog eared and everything 😭 and it was for a gift too! I was so pissed. I am that kind of person that WILL give an honest seller review even if it ain’t pretty 🔪 🔥 As always, great video ❤ today was a rage day lol and this was perfect 👌🏽
I hate it soooo much when people lie about that just for like 3 extra dollars or whatever it is. Then I just complain and get my money back. Thank you!!
Commenting before I watch because I wanted to tellll you lmao tell me why I saw the Book of the Month selections for September and saw “Madwoman” by Chelsea Bieker and thought of you?! 😂😂 I haven’t read it or know much about it but it seems like a feral / unhinged book to me 😂
I spiral all the time. I read one Paul Tremblay book and have never found the interest to pick up another. I tried a couple of Josh Malerman and just didn’t like his stuff.
Have you read Negative Space by B.R. Yeager? Apparently it is a really good psychological horror, which I was considering reading, but I was trying to find a review on your channel beforehand lol.
I just finished it. I really don't understand all the glowing reviews (which is why I got it in the first place.) It's one of the most bizarre yet repetitive books I've ever read. It's literally nothing but teenagers having a non-stop acid trip and then un-aliving themselves
I really hope you stick with Dennis Cooper's work. Frisk is great! Surprised you hated Horror Movie. I was really into it and I'll probably seek out more of Tremblay's novels.
"It's sticky, it's turning black. It has a residue! You deserve to hit every red light on the way to work tomorrow." This is why I love your videos 😂
Thank you 😂
@4:26 “You deserve to hit every fucking red light on your way to work tomorrow morning.” Goddamn, that’s cold 😂😂😂
I said what I said 😂
"you deserve to hit every red light on the way to work tomorrow" oof savage 😂😂 but yes well-deserved lol

Thank you so much!!! 🩷 yeah it’s nice to make at least some money back!
I laughed out loud of your review of Diavola! 😂… Whisper Man will keep you guessing and a lot of twists! Good for spooky season as well! 🎃
Don’t make me regret my decisions lolol

Someone snatched it up immediately lol yeah maybe I should declutter every day 😂
I'm a hoarder , I need to stockpile books before the Apocalypse comes and we no longer have Internet or power 🤣🤣
Hahaha fair enough!!
You're so lucky. The Prettiest Girl in the Grave is my 2nd fav book I've ever read. I just have a paperback from Amazon. 😊
Glad you loved it!! I enjoyed it too ☺️
It's the trash taking out the trash 😝 love to see a good declutter ♥️
Call me Oscar the grouch

Omg I’m so sorry to hear this 😔 our fur babies should be around with us forever. Hang in there 🩷
She had a long life.
existential crises happen... we are here for you! 😊
Thank you life has been ROUGH lately but I appreciate you 🩷

Right!?!? Who in their right mind was like yep that’s like new 💀
God I love unhauls!

Hahaha no shame. They are cute not just “I need to hold on to this in my home for myself” cute 😂

I love feral and unhinged hahaha I actually skipped this month but if I hear good things I’ll do an add on in the future!
I probably said this before but I gotta point it out if I didn’t: Junji Ito 🤞🏾🤞🏾 love it
I need to read them all still I’m so behind lol
@@ReadingWithMeg they’re so fun whenever you get to them. Truly the horror master of Manga
I loved the book Look Closer by David Ellis and The Silent Patient - does anyone have any other book suggestions similar (or not) for me please 🙏🏼❤!?
Not the sticky book STOP THIS
Arrest them!

So many horror books and authors are extremely overhyped to me
Will you read Never Ask Me by Jeff Abbott? I want your opinion before I read it.
I actually have never heard of it
Have you read Negative Space by B.R. Yeager? Apparently it is a really good psychological horror, which I was considering reading, but I was trying to find a review on your channel beforehand lol.

I have not! I haven’t even heard of it. And judging by this comment before mine idk if this sounds good or bad for me hahaha
When someone sent me a nasty book from Pango I emailed Pango and told them I threw it away. I got a refund.
Same that’s what I did too! And then got rid of this nasty book lol
What in the world is Pango?
I really hope you stick with Dennis Cooper's work. Frisk is great! Surprised you hated Horror Movie. I was really into it and I'll probably seek out more of Tremblay's novels.
I’m glad you like it! I just can’t get into his books
if you signed them or something, then maybe you could sell the books for more
Yeah something tells me this isn’t true 😂
The whisper man and the chain have great premises but are executed terribly. Wish I havent wasted my time on them
This is exactly what I figured lol
I am listening audio book of horror movie now as now not a biggest fan
So underwhelming
Wash your hands not just get a drink.
I did both
