I know exactly what you mean about wanting to get rid of everything you have, just so you can start again and do it more slowly. I've had this feeling occasionally and I suppose the best thing to not go crazy is to get rid of things you're 100% you'll never miss. I love how ruthless you were with the unhaul and I feel like it's very rare to see with readers, so thank you!
Ive got a rule, only if I absolutely loved the book on kindle do I buy the physical. Thought I found this unhaul video still really satisfying XD nice work not growing too attached and doing what ya gotta do to free up some space.
That was a good cleaning ! I dnfed Master of Sorrow (the book felt way to childish to me for an adult fantasy) and Wicth King (confusing and I couldn't be bothered to wait for it to become clearer). I loved the Beautiful Ones by Silvia Moreno-Garcia however. And The Liveship Traders trilogy is my favorite trilogy ever but I understand the sea sickness issue.
I'll keep books if I feel like I want to reread them. If not I get rid of them as soon as I'm done. The fan was no bother, at all! Hope it cools down for you.
Can I just so say I am so proud of you for being able to part with sooo many books!!! Even ones you enjoyed! It’s very impressive and it’s making me think I need to do this ❤
if it's something that I feel nostalgia for but the physical book takes up too much space, I tell myself a kindle version is okay. I can still read the text whenever. It's helped me get rid of about 1 million paperback thrillers :)
House of Leaves is an amazing book but I feel you on the Nevermoor series. She promised it would out this Oct so I started to reread the series then she said it would be out next year. That was the straw that broke the camel's back and I now will not be carrying on (with that nonsense)
I read book 1 and found Finlay insufferable and didn't understand how she got as many men wanting her as she did and only basically finished it because of the nanny. I DNF'D Book 2, I could just not suspend my disbelief any longer. Maybe you have more luck with them
As much as it hurts that some people have never and will never read Robin Hobb if you get sea sick just reading a book then Liveship Traders would not be a fun time for you xx Also you were spot on with remembering the overarching series title xx
I finally watched til the end of this video and I can't believe you unhauled that many books!! Felt great when I did it so I understand how you feel about it. If you felt like getting rid of all these books, I don't think you should consider that a mistake. Don't let us dictate what books you keep on your shelves.
Love a good unhaul! Skandar was so so good! I used to read a lot of MG but now it’s just a few per year since my reading tastes have changed. The audiobooks for Skandar are fantastic if you fancy giving it a try ☺️🩷
Unhauls are my favourite type of videos 😂 excited to see what you unhaul (commenting before finished video)

I know how you feel about wanting to burn the house down sometimes to start again 😂 such a good unhaul!
Wonderful job. It takes courage to pass on books you would rather keep. I think others will enjoy having them.

Good for you for letting so many books go! I’m surprised you got rid of the Kate series.

Love a bloody good unhaul, have found you on Vinted so will hopefully go shopping before I go through my own books and clear a load off

I love watching unhauls like no other 😅😍
Great job!!! Now you have room for more books 📚 lol
Amazing unhaul! Good for you! Also, I love long videos like this. ☺

I am not trying to change your mind, but I did read King of Battle and Blood and enjoyed it. Just wanted to say that it's not a Greek gods retelling.
Don’t buy the whole series at once is something I really need to learn/remember!
Wait I forgot to add, there is a new Bone Season novel coming out. The Dark Mirror, early next year.
Steph the unicorn thief is really good xx

not me at the gym watching this video today lol I loved the study of drowning.
Once again Steph you are a bad influence for my TBR 😂
And for what it's worth, I like the sound of the fan in the background :D
🖤💚This was great! Good job!
Love an unhaul 💜
You just inspired me to DNF my current read and get rid of the sequel. Life is definitely too short! 😊
Jade’s already got that Django Wexler book, I believe. I’ve seen it on her shelves.
Big respect for your ruthlessness! Although I will say that the unhaul of the Liveship Traders caused me physical pain... 😁
Well done! 🎉
Sad to see the Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac go. It's one of my fave series.
Can’t wait to see a series update from you because it seems like you have DNFed/unhauled a bunch
Everyone seems to be saying the Finlay books went downhill. I haven’t read them yet 😬

Now your very much sprained or twisted wrist and knuckles makes so much sense. Good luck with your appointments next week.
Hahaha it really does when you think about it 🫣😂

Hi Steph! No views but here I am. I lliked the video but still says 0. LOL
Oh, look at that! Now it says 7 views.
10
I wonder how many people liked this video before 1 showed up. Says 5 but if I had 0 after liking it chances are I'm not the only one that happened to.
