You guys are so right about the medical profession in America. I’m 68 and every time I go to the doctor they either suggest a medicine or tell me that I should be taking this or that. The hospital in the small community that I live in is a teaching hospital and I think they need to change the whole curriculum. You look at the syllabus and like an endocrinologist only spends a week on hormones. The medical community in America has all messed up. they know how the body works if they do very little about it, and take bloodwork, then go to their chart to see where it lands. The medical community, especially pharmaceuticals rely. On these numbers within the chart. I am on Medicare and got to do things to where I can learn about the issues and teach myself.
But the thing is, I’m not there with him and I don’t know what this new coach is doing or not doing or can get him to do. I don’t know what’s going on I’m in the dark just like you guys are.

The whole abs crunched vs. vacuum thing boils down to this--if you *just* vacuum and don't show crunched abs, you aren't hitting the pose at all. Period. If you want to show a vacuum before/after crunched abs, cool; but if you don't hit the pose, it should be a detriment to your score. Doesn't matter if it's open bodybuilding or classic physique.
