I would attribute that to how little you weigh. if you weigh less, it’s easier to move your body. I’ve been 130 lbs and I’ve been 230 lbs and even if you lack muscle, movements like this are easier because you have less weight to move around. I doubt you have core strength if you’re severely underweight and don’t workout as core strength is the quickest muscle to go if you stop working on it. so it’s likely not due to you being physically strong, but likely because you weigh significantly less than the average person 👍

I fell twice.....in ONE attempt.....binge watching Netflix for 10-12 hrs everyday doesn't help
I fell at like the first step and rolled my ankle 👍 thanks so much for that
I’m 65 and can do this. Made me feel better since I haven’t worked since pandemic started
Good!
Not me tumbling to the ground💀
I think pilates looks easy but i can confirm it's extremely hard
It's just that my knees always has bruises so I'm scared to try it out cause it will hurt 😢
Girl it’s okay. Don’t feel obligated to do something if you know it’s gonna hurt u.
no one cares
i never knew people underestimated us like this😂
Not me thinking bout going into the bathroom and seeing if i can do it 💀
Probs the easiest “exercise” I’ve ever done.
my knees hurt from watching this
Can't as my artificial knee doesn't bend that far! Wish it did but I do ❤ Pilates!!
This is easier then doing a push up 😭
I thought the person would say “you can’t use your hands and legs” 😭
How dare you trick me into exercising on my rest day like this 😂😂
Cassey did this so good! + She did it in fashion on the worlds best yoga mat 🎉
“asian squats” 😂
It helps being Asian to do the Asian squat 😅
Don't it, though?
Kinda like using a cheat code lol
Or Slavic
I still don’t understand how people can find an asian squat hard? Then again I am asian but I still don’t get it? Asian squat is like hugging your knees to your chest but you aren’t exactly sitting or like flat footed squatting.
@@saltpackets127 it is flat footed squatting.
DONE! I even *no joke* did this 3 times in a row. I've been bamboozled.
Since you have been around, I can smile a lot more than I use to.❤❤❤
The biggest problem for me is trying to figure how to even do this properly, not even my physical condition 😭
First 🔥...I just love ur videos soon much....pls pin me ❤️
