This is great advice!! I wish I saw this 2 years ago. We are currently in the home loan application process already. Haha but still taking great lessons from your video in case we do not get the interest rate we need. Thanks!

This is very informative thank you! I was looking on your channel for more home videos like this. Please consider making more like who first time home owners can consult with. How to even maybe go about consulting or finding the right attorney :)

Denver this video is amazing. I truly love your channel and all the effort you put in. I do have a question though. Wouldn't going to all these banks affect our credit score negatively as they will all perform separate credit score checks? or is there a better way to do it like bond originators do? Any help will be appreciated Denver. I'm a complete newbie and look forward to buying my first home.

Thanks.. i want to ask what's the point you get a good interest rate if the government can change it at anytime? That worries me

Hey, you should consider making a video specifically dealing issues related to government employees and the GEHS and the ILSF because most of the HR departments actually cheat government employees out of their money and they keep it for themselves due to lack of knowledge on the availability of this facility. I can even show you emails of an HR employee in one the dept of edu mpumalanga provincial districts tell a teacher that the facility is not available for them and when we reply asking why it's not available for the individual he failed to answer. So it's a tricky situation out there with hyenas looking for weaklings to devour and I believe you have the platform to bring enlightenment to the few who are willing to listen

What is considered a good interest rate copared to prime at the current climate in South Africa. Is something like prime minus 2% even possible if you not an employee of that bank?

If you want to apply for the homeloam at different banks is it not going to affect your credit score. Like being flagged as desperate for credit. please advise
